Last time ever at Ibis, a part from the cleaners, all personnel is useless, unprofessional and late Payment facilities at hotel is from another century - old rooms - no hot water - air con leaks - late for breakfast everyday - loud music - horrible experience - noever again

Ibis hotels are my go-to. Reasonable price, comfortable beds, good sound isolation, clean, pleasant and professional staff. I've stayed in this particular Ibis many times over the years and I'm always happy to return. Recommended.

I spent one night with my family (3 rooms). It was good and well treated, food was as well as covid allowed us. Every room was sanitized and bathrooms were clean. Shampoo isn't the best. In general, as i said 9/10.

This was my first time in santiago and i had a pleasant stay. All people are friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. Clean room, cleab toilet, friendly staff, good location, accessible to many places, safe. highly recommended.

People at the front desk are nice, also in the restaurant they put a lot of effort to make thigs goes perfectly. I was with a 6 months daughter, and they made her some special food (which was very nice) and so on, but... On the check in, there was only 1 person and the line was big. Even I'm being gold and have the right on preferential check in, adding that I was with a 6 months daughter, no one gave us attention and took 20 minutes untill my turn comes up. The breakfast in tihs facility is to poor in compare with others, but at least people on the kitchen and lobby are hardwork and makes the things move, even that was complrtely full I had no troubles on eating. The room was very bad, thge bed to soft and was deeping when we were there. The other bed (It was a 3 rrom) was very small and I was beating the desk all the time, and also not that good. And in 7 days, 4 we had problems with the shower which was not warming up. Finally, the price is much higher than another IBIS around South America, and maybe It's time to try new hotels.

The room chosen had exactly the same characteristics as the standards of other ibis hotels around the world. However, it did not have a minibar and this specification was not included in the accommodation reservation. This caused discomfort for us guests and also the hotel staff, who were all bothered by the request for glasses with ice.

The hotel follow the same type of IBIS in general, there are include a high price to this type of Hotel, but the principal advantage is the location. Providencia is a very good downtown, with good bars and restaurants and there are a station of metro very near.

Any standard hotel expecting International guests to be on board should definitely have manpower in the hotels, at least in the reception, reasonably conversant with English language (understanding and speaking). How it is possible that the hotel receptionist of such an international brand neither understand nor speak in English. As a Non-Spanish guest, I have faced huge difficulties in staying at IBIS Santiago Providencia. Based on my past experience, staying at ACCOR Hotels in UK, I had booked this hotel, but after this visit I am extremely disappointed. I am also dissatisfied with the facilities offered in the Hotel Room. There is hardly anything complimentary, Bath kit, saving kit, arrangement for tea/coffee, drinking water, etc., inside the room. These are standard across the Globe. About the Paid Breakfast, there was hardly any variation during the 5 nights of our stay at the hotel. For such an international brand, these are very much important, and therefore should be definitely taken into consideration. Thanks and Regards....

I am a frequent guest of the Accor network, for 2 years I stay every week in a group hotel. I know the Ibis standard and I have nothing to complain about. I was negatively surprised by the standard of service of Ibis Santiago employees. Almost all of them showed no empathy. I found it very unprepared that a hotel where the vast majority of guests is Brazilian does not have an attendant who speaks Portuguese. Worse, when I asked the questions in Portuguese I received answers in Spanish and without any care to speak slowly or use expressions that would facilitate understanding. Here in Brazil the Accor network attendants speak many languages ​​and do their utmost to answer in the language of the guest. It seemed to me a certain "devaluation" of the Brazilian tourist, therefore we who represent more than half of the tourists visiting Chile. Another situation I witnessed was the inefficiency in the food replacement service for breakfast. There were employees but they acted in a disorganized manner, and I stayed for 45 minutes hoping to replace the scrambled egg tray. It was definitely a negative surprise not to find in this hotel the same standard of service that I always had in the Accor network.

You know what to expect from an Ibis, but this one was just ok. Not great variety of breakfast options, bedroom walls needed painting, no minibar in the room (which was a surprise), one of the elevators was sometimes out of order.

Very good rating for everything except for the restaurant. At dinner, the steak which was supposed to be sirloin was dificult to chew and still more difficult to swallow. The rice had been reheated in a frying pan and was sticky and burned. As regards the breakfast, it was such a mess and lack of products that I gave up. Apart from that, the experience was excellent.

we already knew Íbis. Providencia is well located, helped us indeed meeting Santiago for our 1st time. Frigobar makes us a diference; it was not good paying 1600 pesos for a cold water bottle down at 1st floor. Reservation for our 2nd day should be easier.

The bathroom was having problems in the glass door of the box and the drain box was leaking and making loud noiseOne night we met at the hotel reception and arrived a Brazilian guide talking very loudly disturbing the people who were enjoying the TV.
