Good location, some noise from the upper floors and hallways. Slow check in. Please don’t hide the 19% tax from the booking, it makes you look deceptive.

i stayed for 3 nights very nice place the location is great close to restaurants also has parking for only 6 dollars per night

My bag was stolen in the cafe during breakfast. The hotel seemed to be interested only in showing me the CCTV to show that the thief was not a hotel guest. There was no support in getting a police report for me who speaks no Spanish, no reference to the security guard in the lobby who always stand there and seemingly never alert, no follow up even though I lost my laptop and wallet ... I felt that I was in a hotel with a security system that didn't work, and was left alone to survive on my own after it happened.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to lose your belongings and to feel unsupported in such a difficult moment.
