Por cuarta vez consecutiva no funcionaba la caja fuerte al llegar. La supuesta calefacción lo que hace es refrigerar el ambiente, a pesar de un intento de arreglo por parte de mantención.

Buena estadía con motivo de paseo por la ciudad. La relación precio-calidad buena. La habitación con un tamaño adecuado, buena limpieza. No pudimos hacer uso de la TV conectada a internet para ver aplicaciones. Muy bien el estacionamiento. Las alfombras de los pasillos de nuestro piso estaban manchadas.

my experience was good for the most part. hotel staff was friendly, though i did panic a little during check in as i tried to pay in credit (with a foreign card) and the person checking me in said my card was debit. the card declined and the man only accepted that it was credit after 2 other failed attempts. luckily the card went through on credit.

For more than 3 hours there was a bad smell in the lobby. The new receptionist was profusely scratching his nose with two fingers inside it. When I book I put a filter with breakfast included, so, when I see the price and choose, I assume the price includes breakfast, but no.
