We went to Santiago for a soccer tournament and stayed at Ibis. The staff, especially my cleaning staff member Ely was super nice, and paid attention to detail. I wish I could bring her home with me. The restaurant was convenient and the food was fine. The area around the hotel was very peaceful and we felt safe. We walked to a convenience store across the street everyday and enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

I was on a Business trip and the accommodation were not the best for that type of activities. The room was very noisy and I woke up several times in the night due to the noises. Particularly it was near to the locations I was to visit. That was a plus for me.

There's too much noise in the hotel early in the morning, so it's impossible to sleep late. It has a convenient location, but not being able to rest when you are on vacation turns the experience into a nightmare.
