everything its perfect, however I found the entrance quite challenging because of the many stairs, specially when carrying heavy luggage. It would be great if the main entrance had a better access.

In all the Ibis I've been to, the previous online check-in worked, but here. The staff told me as soon as I arrived that it is useless here. Only one towel provided for shower, face, and hands every day (Other Ibis gave a hand towel and a body towel)! The cleaning staff don't care if it is early in the morning and shout from one corner to another in the aisle literally every day and in front of the door, even when the note hangs from the lock saying we need rest. The breakfast was poor and was served slowly, with the floor not being cleaned. It is not about the staff, because I can see many workers; the problem is the efficiency and the focus on the host. It is as if they do not care about cleanliness or the hosts. The last day, I asked for a late check-out, and the front desk girl told me it was not possible. She didn't ask for my membership or my room; the direct answer was NO. The same girl: when I asked about cleaning my room closer to 15.00 on the first day, her answer was NO, but the cleaning staff gave me a note saying they could do it before 16.30. I have been in many different Ibis around the world (Edinburgh, London, Berlin, Lima, Birmingham, Vienna, to name a few), but it is sad that the Ibis Santiago Las Condes in my own country have been the worst experience, not for installations, but for the personnel and managers you have there. They are not a worldwide class.

We arrived at the hotel at around 01 AM after our wedding, and the receptionist gifted us late check out + drinks on the house. The breakfast was nice and with a lot of options to choose from.
