First room we received, had water leaking form the ceiling into the shower. Then moved to another one, where some lamps did not work, bedding was very low quality and not even a top sheet was provided on the bed. The bed quality was very low, with soft foam mattress that offer no support for you back. The worst Ibis I’ve ever stayed at, and I had stayed on ibis all over the world. Would not recommend it, as I woke up very exhausted and in pain from the low quality bed and pillows.

It was nice although the beds were small no water or tea kettle once we enter the room no complementary creams or shaving things although for a budget hotel not bad would recommend for few days not long on the things I said but 5-6 days is okay more then that’s another place but overall satisfied

I stayed at this hotel again this year, following my previous visit in 2019. I would highly commend the coffee, which has significantly improved since my last stay. However, I noticed that the facilities have aged considerably over the years, which is understandable to some extent. That being said, there are several areas that need urgent improvement: The floors from the lobby to the guest rooms felt as though they hadn't been properly mopped, despite appearing to have been cleaned. There was a noticeable musty/moldy odor in the hallways. The cleaning in the shower booth was lacking, with visible mold and accumulated water stains in the corners. The dining experience also left much to be desired. In the salad section, wilted or yellowed leaves were left mixed in with the fresh vegetables. Most importantly, the biggest issue was the egg station. There was not a single day where the egg dishes were prepared properly. On one day, the scrambled eggs were completely undercooked with runny, raw egg liquid and served lukewarm, making them completely inedible. On another day, they were so overcooked and burnt on the outside that they were barely recognizable as scrambled eggs. Furthermore, the eggs had an unpleasant smell. The egg station requires immediate intervention and improvement. Even though I pre-ordered hard-boiled eggs, the staff claimed they had never heard of the request, and I was unable to receive them. It would be much better to have a few hard-boiled eggs readily available; they are far safer to consume than poorly made scrambled eggs. Additionally, it was disappointing that whole fruits like bananas and apples were not provided over the weekend.

Sus preocupaciones sobre la calidad de los alimentos y la disponibilidad de opciones frescas también serán revisadas para asegurar que se cumplan las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes. The location of the hotel is very strategic and the price is great. The employees were great too. However, the room was so hot regardless of the A/C temperature I set it to. We didn't use the blanket and my baby was sweating while sleeping in the night. No room fridge and my husband had to request for a glass- we were provided with paper cups. The food in the restaurant was great, however, it took a very long time for them to serve me my little cup of coffee.

The staff was unable to provide an invoice at the check out, I asked them again and again saying theat this happened to me earlier where I didnt receive any invoice through mail. Its 3 days I have checked out and It is still not received.

The hotel is good for a quick stay, with basic accomodations and a nice (but not cheap) restaurant. That said, the room had no towels, I ran out of battery and the hotel didn't have anything to help me (like lending a charger).

everything its perfect, however I found the entrance quite challenging because of the many stairs, specially when carrying heavy luggage. It would be great if the main entrance had a better access.
