I checked out on 22nd, February, but the hotel didn't answer the phone all the time no matter who called, neither reply the canceling information from Booking services, so I can't cancel the last two days of 23td and 24th. and the hotel changed me two more days from credit card. Please give me the money back.

We went to Santiago for a soccer tournament and stayed at Ibis. The staff, especially my cleaning staff member Ely was super nice, and paid attention to detail. I wish I could bring her home with me. The restaurant was convenient and the food was fine. The area around the hotel was very peaceful and we felt safe. We walked to a convenience store across the street everyday and enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

I was on a Business trip and the accommodation were not the best for that type of activities. The room was very noisy and I woke up several times in the night due to the noises. Particularly it was near to the locations I was to visit. That was a plus for me.
