The hotel was very tidy, the food in the restaurant was very good, the cleanliness of the room was extraordinary, they had a smoking area which made me very happy.

The hotel has a nice location in Las Condes - however, it's not really a Novotel; closer to an Ibis Budget. Quality and variety of the breakfast are poor, the gym is terrible, and there is no room service after 10 or 11pm - which is an issue for a touristic destination with many flights arriving after 9pm. The rooms, despite being somewhat spacious, lack many basic appliances: a hanger in the bathroom sink, an adequate wardrobe. Also, the staff is not very proactive or helpful. Would not come back to this hotel.

very nice, clean, well located, nice breakfast. THe only negative : one salmon a la carte, was really bad, one of the worst i had in life.
