Overall experience was good. I was a little bit confused with my two white t-shirts that dissapeared (one after the cleaning and another one during the laundry services). There is not an official complaint from my side, just please pay attention and take measures that it will not happen to other guests in the future.

Very confortable, nice view, good breakfast. The only problem was that the air coditioner made a strong noise every time it stopped working

I booked the hotel due to location and being a plantinum member. My platinum membership was not recognised once, it was noted in the reservation however I was not offered free upgrade late checkout and while checking out noted executive lounge that was not offered. The welcome drinks nobody knew how worked luckily the one waiter could help. I booked two rooms under my name, anything I asked like a water bottle was told to be given only to one room although both booked by me on platinum.Very disappointed on the level of customer service, no recognition on membership. In the room its floor board coming off and bathroom had a water damage. The room Was quiet.

AC in the room doesn't work. There's no closet and you hang your clothes literally from a tube pipe next to your bed.
