This is a good comfortable hotel very well located in Las Condes. We requested three beds (one adult and two adolescents) but the hotel could only provide this by adding 60 USD per night for three nights which was why I only give 4 stars and not 5 stars. We also only had two towels for three people on the first night - unsatisfactory. However, in spite of this we had a comfortable stay at this Novotel and staff were pleasant and helpful.

A good starting point for Santiago

It was fine. A short walk to a big park with a rose garden and lots of activities, great for people watching. The hotel seemed clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was more than satisfactory. The outdoor pool was small and cold, but it was springtime, not summer. Las Condes neighborhood felt upscale and safe, a bit business like, but we enjoyed walking toward Providencia where we found more restaurants, and neighborhoods to explore along the way.

Terrible staff and hotel maintenance

Hotel needs urgent maintenance on bathrooms, doors are with mold and cracked, bathtubs are leaking and you can't close the drain. AC in the room is terrible and even swaping rooms did not solve the issue

Had a very nice stay, hotel is in a great location, close to a park and a mall. Since we finished our tours late in the day we ate twice at the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was very good as well. Would stay again.
