Staff lovely - Angelica from cleaning staff is a delight room is always spotless. Food is okay. Great location and nice atmosphere all around the hotel. Really nice common areas to chill.

The location was excellent. However, the room service was inconsistent. For example, water was not replenished, there were no room slippers, and towels were insufficient. These issues caused some inconvenience during my stay.

The hotel is very well located in Las Condes, Santiago, within walking distance to many amenities, a park, restaurants, and shopping malls. The hotel's staff are excellent, with a great customer service approach. Keeping the room, gym and the hotel in general very clean. The attention to detail was great, and people were always ready to support when required. The staff were excellent, looking after our room (Veronica) and serving us during breakfast at the restaurant (Monserrat). Thanks! The restaurant's breakfast buffet was excellent. The gym was small but had enough equipment to maintain training during my stay in Chile. All in all, a great place to stay in Santiago. Thanks!!
