Very good location at Las Condes. The restaurant is very well equipped, so you dont need to commute for getting lunch, dinner or breakfast.

Dear Novotel Management, I would like to share some feedback about an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel. One evening, my partner and I were having a private conversation in the hotel lobby before she decided to go out for a while. We were visibly a little tense because I was worried about her going out alone late at night, but there was no shouting, no threats, no physical aggression, and no violent behaviour of any kind. Afterwards, a member of your reception/security staff approached my partner. I completely understand and appreciate that hotel employees are trained to be attentive if they believe a guest may be in difficulty. Protecting guests is important, and I fully support that principle. However, according to my partner, the conversation quickly went much further than simply checking on her wellbeing. She immediately explained that I was not a violent person, that we had simply had a disagreement, and that there was no danger. Despite this, the staff member reportedly continued insisting that she believed I was a violent man and even said words to the effect of: “Si pasa algo, lo mato” (“If anything happens, I’ll kill him.”). My partner herself was surprised and uncomfortable with these comments. She repeatedly clarified that I had never been violent or threatening towards her. She also found it inappropriate that the employee claimed she had supposedly sensed from the beginning that I was a violent person, despite having seen us the previous day happily embracing and showing affection in the hotel. I want to be very clear: I am not asking for any disciplinary action, nor am I making a police complaint. My intention is simply to bring this incident to your attention because I believe there is an important distinction between ensuring a guest’s safety and making serious assumptions about another guest without any objective basis. I believe it is entirely appropriate for hotel staff to discreetly check whether a guest is safe if they have concerns. However, once the guest has clearly explained that there is no violence and no danger, continuing to insist on such assumptions and using expressions like “lo mato” goes beyond what I would consider professional conduct. Being wrongly perceived as a violent person is extremely hurtful, especially when I have never behaved violently toward anyone. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to remind staff of the importance of combining vigilance with neutrality, professionalism and restraint. Supporting potential victims is essential, but it is equally important not to make unfounded judgments about other guests. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. Have stayed here many times and always been satisfied. Good size rooms, impeccably clean, friendly service and excellent breakfast. Parking space is limited though.

Extraordinary

The experience related to the hotel in general was good. My observation is related to the cleaner crew because a really bad situation occurred regarding the cleaning. The cleaning staff threw away some of my bags that shouldn't have been thrown away, and inside one of those bags, I had some receipts that I needed for health expenses reimbursement. I complained to reception, but I was left with the loss and didn't receive what I was entitled to due to the hotel's mistake. I imagine that if something isn't in the trash (like the bag wasn't), it should be kept there. In short: I suffered a finantial loss and damage because of this situation.

I had a very comfortable stay in the hotel, just believe the service for dinner was very poor. Took me 10 min to get someone to attend me and another 10 min to get the bill. Even insisting several times for attention. I know it was a bit busy and with not to much people to serve, but they could have been more attentive.

Nice hotel, good food at lunch time (breakfast it could have better bread and fruits) and nice room

Nice rooms, beds were great and the breakfast was really good

I liked: friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast atmosphere and basic gym. If you need a bill, ask for a paper copy as I did not get the email. This can be real pain if you need the invoice for your company. Generally, I have not been fond of Novotels but this was much over average Novotel experience.

Presence of a large sport group which insisted to put their very smelly sport shoes outside their room each day making it very unpleasant for the other guests. I asked several times the staff to resolve the issue but nothing was done

Nice stay, quiet room and enjoyable breakfast. Swimming pool a bit cold for swimming though.

Very brief visit but overall good, no complains.

Overall experience was good. I was a little bit confused with my two white t-shirts that dissapeared (one after the cleaning and another one during the laundry services). There is not an official complaint from my side, just please pay attention and take measures that it will not happen to other guests in the future.
