We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Las Condes. The staff at reception were friendly enough and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom is perhaps the thing that let it down a bit as you can see some level of disrepair on walls, etc. I was disappointed by the pool being right next to the restaurant, which made it feel less private. The best thing was the restaurant being next door. The staff were sooo friendly, we really enjoyed eating there. Other than the condition of the bathrooms letting it down a bit, we found the hotel quite pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it.

I had a pleasant stay, service is good, and the breakfast is from another planet. despite that, I had a lamp that made a weird noise that was perceptible only at night. It was a tiny whistle, and I couldn't disconnect the lamp to stop the noise. That was the only comment that I have to do about my night at the hotel. Everything else was just amazing, the hotel the location and everything was amazing

We were a group of 8 and we had a very enjoyable time at this property. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to a ton of restaurants. Excellent breakfast and amenities. The real stars of the hotel are the front office - I gave this a 5 star review because of Paula who did an amazing job of organizing custom excursions for our group with very little notice.

We spend 5 days in the hotel, with our kids (a baby and toddler) - great experience, very family friendly and responsive to ours accommodations (due the babies) They always bring something nice during our breakfast - thanks to all the team who were there including: Montserrat, Ivan, Antonia, Miryan and many more! Keep smiling and be kind, that makes the difference between a good and a great place. Also, love the mini playground in the lobby and the tree hours in the garden (we only need a baby pool to complete the package - nice to have!) My kid love the happy bday song! The team found that and bring a cake for him to sing! (The not bday party!)
