Bosqueto Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

At the check-in it was confirmed that my reservation included breakfast as clearly stated at the moment of the reservation. At the checkout there was a breakfast charge of only one of three nights, which took me about 30min to solve which made me lose an important business meeting.

At breakfast there was no fruit, the bread was hard and stale, there was no hot water for tea, the fried egg was ice cold. A horrible breakfast.

Very noisy due to construction work.

The room was extremely noisy due to construction work, and I do not recall seeing any warning at the time of the booking that the guests would have to deal with construction work during 7 days of the week. I had another booking at the hotel for 7 nights, and I had to cancel it as it would be impossible to work from the hotel with continuous noise from Sunday to Sunday. I was very disappointed that no warning was given at the time of booking.

Loud street - windows without proper insulation

We’ve been given a room different from the one we booked. On arrival at 12:30 am the sink was blocked. We had to use the shower to wash our hands.
