The staff were kind and attentive. They made out visit so great, everyone from cleaning staff to breakfast service, to Vanessa were remarkable and did everything the could to make our stay great.

While we appreciate a front desk that informes the customer, should be a balance. Representative should be more attentive to the customer. Arrived late in the evening and what we wanted was to just check in, take a shower ( More on this later) and have dinner before the kitchen closes. The representative was like a record machine, just won't stop. The rooms on the 4th floor where like stepping on a room from the 90's and the update room on the 8th' floor where new but no desk! and the bathroom was extremely small and NOT HOT WATER AND OR WATER PRESURE! I complained and the response was "Sorry sir"

I was booked in the 4th floor, room 419. I have never seen such a bad room at a Novotel hotel. The furniture, the floor, everything was really old and dated. The worst was the bathroom, where the shower was full of fungus, terrible. I can't believe how they can let this happen, this is a serious hygiene problem. I asked for a change of room. The employees really tried to support and were able to get me a renovated room in the same floor, which was much better. So, please ask for a renovated room, else really consider going somewhere else.
