The room had a lot of dusty, unbelievable! Without speaking lack of water to take a shower at night. Nobody advised me, the minimal is to send a message under the door though a letter.

I go several times a year to Chile and when in Santiago stay only at Novotel Vitacura (once in Novotel Las Condes because this hotel was full). Service is excellent, the people at the front desk knows me, hotel is clean, breakfast is good, and I had the chance to be one of the first to stay on the recently upgraded rooms at the 8th floor, and they are great

I have stayed in this hotel for many years. Rooms need upgrades ASAP, they are getting old and need repairs. Water was not available one days so I couldn't shower that day. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning and the shower needed fixing.. In summary, it is time to look for a different hotel for my future stays in Santiago

The location was lovely; the staff is outstanding; the small menu was tasty; the bed was comfortable; the internet performed well. Only one item has kept me from giving a higher rating: the condition of the public halls on the floors above the main floor. The main floor is perfectly maintained, light and bright and like other Novotel hotels where I have stayed in Moscow and Hong Kong. However, on the second floor it was very evident that the walls needed to be painted, the baseboards maintained and painted. The hallway had a feeling of dreariness and neglect -- especially when compared with the first floor.

Terrible noise due to renovations on the floor above me and just above my room. Wasn`t annouced at check in ( it was at 4am ) and after intercontinental flight get "nice" wake-up surprise.

The hotel is going through an important stage of changing rooms update. The structural change of the bathrooms (which is the main item of customer dissatisfaction) is considered in the project, for that reason walls are being broken to modify the lay out of the room. The project looks very beautiful, modern and will offer greater comfort to our guests. Works with noise between 09h - 17h30 are authorized. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we count on your understanding. Hopefully we have the opportunity to see it again with the most advanced work so you can get to know the new room model. Room is clean but dated in design. Some utilities are not working such as the shower. Despite my feedback, it was not repaired. Breakfast spread is decent and fried eggs is served upon request. Dinner was good.

My room wasn't ready. Bathroom had not been entirely cleaned (used soap on the sink), garbage from previous guest in every trashcan. Bed linens had been changed but the whole situation left me very uncomfortable regarding the room's overall cleanliness.

The worst in my hole life and experience with hotels! Breakfast limited food and hair on salads. NOTE HOTEL under renovation your head will literally be drilled from 9am-5:30pm daily from Mon- Sat. No one will help you with this! Complaints are ignored! And yet be careful at the end you will be overcharged! It’s rubbish hotel with 0 service and humanity! Location is awful unless you want to be away from everything and everyone! Made my Santiago stay horror!

Reception Staff on arrival score a 20 out of 10!! Fantastic. This lady was truly amazing. Rooms are a little 'tired looking' but clean and they are in the process of renovating. Nights quiet so got a good night's rest. Breakfast has an array of food for all tastes, excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was also good and bar staff make great cocktails. Not so positive was after I'd signed a bar chit, staff ticked the 'tip' box when I'd moved to a lounge so did not see this - plus I actually tipped both girls before retiring that evening.
