Reserved 3 nights Dec 8 to 11, 2025 and informed the hotel I would arrive early in the morning of the 2nd day so that I wouldn't have to wait for the check in time of 3PM. But they canceled my reservation and created another one for 2 nights BUT still.charged me 3 nights! I wrote the hotel and called but never received a valid explanation.

We would like to kindly clarify that any changes or cancellations to a reservation made through ALL or its application must be managed directly through that platform. As the room was originally reserved from December 8, it was held exclusively for you from that date and therefore could not be sold to another guest. When a guest arrives on the second day of the confirmed stay, the first night is still charged as a no-show, since the room remained reserved and available from the original arrival date. This is the reason why the first night was applied to your reservation. We sincerely regret if this was not clearly understood at the time and appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our communication. The breakfast is always empty until a later timing, and I always had to ask the staff to refill it. The breakfast options were also very limited. Some of the staff there seems a bit rude too.
