The Room is comfortable although the ac/heat is very noisy. I love the supply of water bottle and filtered water rather than plastic bottles. Washroom is small so definitely not a luxury hotel. Cleaning staff and front desk are good. Restaurant leaves a lot of room for improvement

The hotel is comfortable. I stayed there two different occasions during my trip. I think there should be a way for hotel staff to control perhaps other guests, one night some people were so loud and parting on the same floor. The second stay was comfortable but I don’t think person that helped us was very service oriented. She was quite rude, seemed almost sexist, she would only direct word to my partner instead of me, the reservation was under my name, and I was handling the logistics. Several times felt gaslighted by her when spoken to, i don’t know, the whole thing felt very strange. For the restaurant side service was good, I’d not buy the asado, it was terrible and not worth the price.
