The room was simple and comfortable in the way I would expect for Novotel. Similarly breakfast and restaurant provided good quality and value. I particularly want to highlight how helpful ALL the staff were - desk, domestic, bar/restaurant and maintenance staff were all kind and committed. I specifically want to thank Catherine/Katherine (I couldn't see her name badge) for her patient & determined approach to handling the airline service desks who were not proving reliable in retrieving and delivering my suitcase: it had not arrived at Santiago with me & LATAM's systems were not user-friendly and reliable although staff did seem to try and help where possible.

The people at the front desk were very nice. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable. The mattress was very sagging. I thought overall, the facilities were nice. The breakfast was pretty nice, but I was not impressed at all with some of the other food. I know the menu was probably limited because we were officials with the Pan-American games, so several nights we skipped the meal and went and bought our own food at another restaurant. My overall experience was this was a good stay at the customer service and cleanliness of the hotel was very nice.
