We stayed with our dog and were very glad that this property did not have any weird restrictions for pets. The room was very comfortable and the facilities in general were quite nice as well, including the indoor pool/jacuzzi area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointing aspect was the food: both the room service and breakfast buffet were not up to the standard one would expect in a 4-star hotel. There were minimal vegetarian/vegan options (no soy/oat milk, no hummus or another plant-based protein option, etc.) and also the quality of the ingredients (bread, pastries, yogurt, etc.) was lacking.

Not pleasant, extra bed mattress was completely unusable. It consisted entirely of exposed, rigid springs with absolutely zero cushioning or padding. As a result, it was impossible to sleep on comfortably, causing significant physical discomfort and a completely sleepless night.

The Room is comfortable although the ac/heat is very noisy. I love the supply of water bottle and filtered water rather than plastic bottles. Washroom is small so definitely not a luxury hotel. Cleaning staff and front desk are good. Restaurant leaves a lot of room for improvement

The hotel is comfortable. I stayed there two different occasions during my trip. I think there should be a way for hotel staff to control perhaps other guests, one night some people were so loud and parting on the same floor. The second stay was comfortable but I don’t think person that helped us was very service oriented. She was quite rude, seemed almost sexist, she would only direct word to my partner instead of me, the reservation was under my name, and I was handling the logistics. Several times felt gaslighted by her when spoken to, i don’t know, the whole thing felt very strange. For the restaurant side service was good, I’d not buy the asado, it was terrible and not worth the price.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 day and really enjoyed our stay. We ate at the hotel most evenings, as the veranda area under the trees is lovely and cool and the food very good and well-priced. The room was a good size with everything we needed and had a bath as well. The hotel is centrally located close to may attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel for couples visiting Santiago.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We transferred to the hotel too early from our cruise ship to immediately gain access to our room. Reception kindly looked after our bags whilst we went to the cable car. Breakfast was lovely, everything you could want and a good selection. Our room was very comfortable.

Very helpful staff in getting us a quiet comfortable room. It would be nice if there was a way to change the TV to English . We tried and the staff tried without success. Breakfast just so-so and repetitive.
