It was a very good stay. The room, the breakfast and the services was very good. The only issue that I have was the amenities that missing in some days but not so critical.

Nice , light , airy hotel and good sized room. Enjoyed the terrace behind rooms. Room Service: excellent salad and lemon drink . Good breakfast . Staff and taxi driver very helpful . Appreciated early and late check out. Only downside - location ! Far from the centre .

I got the room # 711, I arrived at 3 am on January 15th, but nobody told me that there was a remodeling works at the hotel, and I had to deal with all that noise work all morning, then they gave me other room # 209 of course this room was smaller and not too nice as the other one , but that was the only choice to avoid that noisy work at higher floors, then on Thursday 16th. when I came back to the hotel the lady who made the clean up of my room, left the door of my room opened, I reported this immediately to the front desk , and now that I came back to my country I just noticed that a pair of optical lenses is missing.

The room had a lot of dusty, unbelievable! Without speaking lack of water to take a shower at night. Nobody advised me, the minimal is to send a message under the door though a letter.

Também sou brasileira, por isso tomei a liberdade de responder em portugues. Peco sinceras desculpas pelos deltalhes que ocorreram durante o periodo da sua hospedagem conosco. Estamos em periodo de reforma dos apartamentos e este trabalho tem gerado maior acumulo de poeira nos andares. Também tivemos que realizar um trabalho preventivo na caldeira em horario noturno, interferindo na circulacao de agua. A comunicacao aos hospedes foi exposta no elevador. Seus comentarios foram entregues as chefias operacionais e lhe asseguro que medidas de correcao já foram tomadas de imediato e estaremos atentos para evitar futuros imprevistos. I go several times a year to Chile and when in Santiago stay only at Novotel Vitacura (once in Novotel Las Condes because this hotel was full). Service is excellent, the people at the front desk knows me, hotel is clean, breakfast is good, and I had the chance to be one of the first to stay on the recently upgraded rooms at the 8th floor, and they are great

I have stayed in this hotel for many years. Rooms need upgrades ASAP, they are getting old and need repairs. Water was not available one days so I couldn't shower that day. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning and the shower needed fixing.. In summary, it is time to look for a different hotel for my future stays in Santiago
