I had issues twice with the elevator doors closing on me while so was entering the elevators. The first time it shocked me and bruised my side. The second time I had my hand in a strap in my walking pole and as the door closed it caused a flap of skin to come loose on my middle finger, with a fair amount of blood and bruising. Obviously the sensors are not sensitive enough. Apart from that the hotel was very good.

I have personally notified our Maintenance Department to conduct an immediate and thorough inspection of all elevator sensors to ensure they are functioning correctly and at the appropriate sensitivity level to prevent this from happening again. Despite these serious incidents, we are grateful that you enjoyed other aspects of your stay. We appreciate your valuable feedback, as it allows us to identify critical technical issues that need immediate attention. The hotel is well located and has a very friendly and helpful team. Angelica on reception was particularly helpful and the porters did everything so well and very professional. Recommended and preferred this hotel to Pullman Santiago Vitacura. Just had a better vibe, also Vitacura was also very good.
