Was my first stop in South America. The Pullman El Bosque is well-located and boasts a good bar & restaurant. Large, clean room topped it off.

Water dispenser at the 13th floor was not working and cleaner came inside the room after 19h30 pm without being invited to come in.

We greatly appreciate your honesty, especially as you are a Diamond member of our ALL - Accor Live Limitless program. I sincerely regret the issues you mentioned. The privacy and tranquility of our guests are non-negotiable pillars of our hospitality. The fact that our housekeeping staff entered your room without prior notice at 7:30 p.m. is a serious error that we are already investigating internally with the Housekeeping department to ensure that our privacy protocols are strictly followed and that this does not happen again. I also apologize for the malfunction of the water dispenser on the 13th floor. We understand that details such as connectivity, the functionality of the facilities, and access to basic services are essential for a comfortable stay, and we regret not having met your expectations on this occasion. It was an honor to have you with us, and I hope that, on a future occasion, you will allow us to demonstrate the true quality of our service in the heart of Sanhattan. We are delighted to know that you found our location in the heart of Sanhattan excellent and that our staff, rooms, and breakfast met your highest expectations. We are thrilled that our team, cleanliness, and breakfast selection earned a perfect 100/100. Our Heartists work with true passion to ensure that every family stay is comfortable and memorable. Knowing that you found your room spacious and our WiFi connectivity seamless is very rewarding for us. We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced during check-in. Waiting until after 5:00 PM is certainly not the seamless arrival we aim to provide, especially for our ALL - Accor Live Limitless members. Furthermore, I am truly sorry that you were not informed about the pool maintenance prior to your arrival. We understand how important these facilities are for a family trip, and we are currently reviewing our communication protocols with travel agents and our booking systems to ensure such updates are shared well in advance. Mencionó algo que nos enorgullece especialmente: las estaciones de agua purificada en los pasillos. Esta iniciativa es parte fundamental de nuestro compromiso con la sustentabilidad, buscando reducir el uso de plásticos de un solo uso mientras cuidamos la hidratación de nuestros huéspedes de una manera moderna y consciente.
