Nice staff, friendly and kind. Rooms are nice decorated, but time is noticed the hotel is not new. New toels would be very appreciated. Breakfast and restaurant fodd was superior quality. Room service also tasty and correct, with fewer options.

I had a terrible issue with the manegment and maintenance deparrtment. The door lock was malfunctioning for 5 days. Actually my door was unlocked 80% of the time even not in the room. Unacceptable that they instantly said it was fixed and then it showed it was not. That is what I call unacceptable and should not be possible. I am an engineer which travels with expensive equipment that I have to keep in my room. How come the house keeping can fill out a nice letter with how is my room cleanness etc and then when returning after a long day and you ask in the reception, have the lock been changed or fixed, then nobody knows.

The fact that the issue persisted for five days despite being reported, and that you were told it was fixed when it was not, points to a serious breakdown in our technical validation process. Your feedback regarding the lack of communication between shifts and departments is invaluable. It is deeply concerning that our housekeeping and reception teams were not aligned on the status of your room's security. While we are pleased you found the cleanliness and facilities to be of a high standard, those elements mean very little if your peace of mind is compromised. I have already initiated a formal review with our Chief of Maintenance and Front Office Manager to implement a "closed-loop" communication protocol, ensuring that no security issue is signed off without a physical double-check and a direct update in our guest's profile.
