The hotel is well located and has a very friendly and helpful team. Angelica on reception was particularly helpful and the porters did everything so well and very professional. Recommended and preferred this hotel to Pullman Santiago Vitacura. Just had a better vibe, also Vitacura was also very good.

The amenities were not replaced daily, the towels were not replaced, bug bites every day in room, had to switch rooms. Asked for wake up call recover received...

We sincerely regret that your stay was marked by daily operational failures and significant discomfort, forcing you to "call the front desk daily." We understand your decision that you "will not return." Your review highlights severe lapses in service and hygiene protocols: Housekeeping Failures: Amenities and towels were not replaced daily. This is a basic service failure (Accommodation 40/100). Pest Issue: Experiencing "bug bites every day in room," requiring a room switch, is an unacceptable hygiene failure that demands immediate action. Operational Failures: The missed wake-up call (Check-out 30/100) indicates a serious lapse in our crucial communications and guest service procedures. We have launched an immediate and detailed inspection by professional pest control services in the initial room and the surrounding area. The Housekeeping management team has been notified to retrain staff immediately on daily towel and amenity replacement procedures.
