5 nights here. Not the cheapest but good value. I can’t fault anything except maybe my room service food could have been a bit hotter. The most professional of teams across front of house, f and b and housekeeping Only place I’d stay in Santiago from now on. Your staff are a credit to your company especially Ginnaro on the bar, made me some superb cocktails with a nice manner

The staff is very professional and nice persons During the breakfast our service: Fernanda Hidalga demonstrates the high quality and professionalism. Human, nice , great conversation!!! She is the Best !!! But all services attended are in the same category.

It was good - but th e window view was terrible

We are pleased to know you appreciated our cleanliness (90/100), the high speed of our WiFi, and our central location. However, I sincerely apologize for the aspects that fell short of the Pullman standard, particularly during your arrival. It is disappointing to hear that our check-in staff appeared uninterested. As an ALL Classic member, you should feel welcomed from the moment you step through our doors. I have shared your comments with our Front Office Manager to ensure our team provides a more proactive and warm service to all guests, regardless of the check-in method they choose. I am sorry that the view from your window was "terrible." While our city-center location means some rooms face neighboring buildings, we always strive to provide the best possible perspective. For your next visit from Australia, please feel free to reach out to us in advance; we would be happy to prioritize a room on a higher floor with a more open city view to enhance your family's experience. Nice hotel but really terrible practices

I am currently staying in this hotel in the beautiful presidential suite. I was going to give this hotel five stars but today something has happened which has made no sense to me, shows the hotel does not operate with any logic or service and so I’m giving it 2 stars. So what happened? Like all hotels of this standard the room comes with a capsule machine with coffee pods. I have used to two pods after two days and called reception to ask why the pods hadn’t been replaced by housekeeping. They advised that they only provide 2 capsules per booking and after that you have to pay for the capsules. I was so taken aback by this I had to call back to check this was true! I am paying £100’s per night to stay in this suite for week and the hotel can’t provide me with a couple of capsules for each day i stay ?!! So if you stay for one night you get 2 capsules maximum. If you stay for a week, you still only get 2 free capsules. This doesn’t make sense. This isn’t logical and it makes them look incredibly mean. So much so, their lack of service means i’m really annoyed and wont stay here again. What hotel doesn’t provide a daily top-up of free coffee when you’re paying £100’s per night to stay jn the presidential suite!? Even basic hotels provide daily free tea and coffee. Aside from this they seemed a good hotel. Shame they did this to make me realise I’m staying somewhere that doesn’t care about its customers.
