We had to leave a day early - must to our disappointment - because of the coronavirus. The hotel is in a great location. Our only problem was with the taxi service that contracts with the hotel. One driver never picked us up after we arranged for pickup from one of the museums and the driver at the airport was waiting for us in a different terminal from where we were told that he would pick us up. Breakfast was, as usual with all Accor properties, fantastic, as was the bar.

Our only problem is that we settled our account in full in US Dollars but hen we returned home we found that you had charged 93.28 Aust dollars to our credit card account . Could you please explain or correct. Otherwise our experience was good Jack and Leone B.

From the moment we entered the front door we were very well taken care of. The front desk staff was ALWYAYS helpfull, knowledgeable and courteous and always went out of their way to make sure our questions and requests were taken care of. The same care was given to us by the dining room staff. When our waiter found out we had colds and sore throats he immediately made us a special hot drink for breakfast that helped immeasurably. He also gave me the recipe so I was able to make it when we got home. That drink made it possible for us to spend time visiting your wonderful city. The cleaning staff also made sure we were not disturbed when resting and took excellent care of our room.

We only had one night here but we were well looked after. The reception staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable with plenty of space. Unfortunately we had an early pickup for a tour and missed out on breakfast.
