Mostly had a good stay. Front desk were excellent in check in arranging late check out and combing 2 stays. But when an error somehow occurred ( and the hotel had us checked out before our included breakfast) the front desk handled the situation poorly and the restaurant manager too. Also did not receive full amenities for 2nd check in. But mostly pleasant stay.

Hotel was in a great location, very close to the Costanera Centre and the subway stop. Also had a great new shopping and dining mall across the road.

We sincerely regret that some details of your accommodation did not meet your expectations. We understand that the lack of a bathrobe, the iron in poor condition, the broken curtain and towel rack, as well as the lack of a printed copy of the invoice and confirmation email, may have affected your experience. Was good, but the internet one day fell down
