As a Classic member of the ALL program, we appreciate your loyalty, especially given the room transfer from our sister property. We are pleased to know that your overall stay was comfortable and that our team provided a high level of service. Regarding your room amenities, I would like to clarify that all our guest rooms are equipped with coffee machines which can also provide hot water for tea. We apologize if this was not clearly explained upon arrival, and we have noted your comments regarding the housekeeping response time to ensure we act more swiftly on guest requests in the future. I appreciate your feedback concerning our food and beverage schedule. For future reference, our Room Service offers coffee and light snacks 24 hours a day. While our breakfast buffet officially opens at 06:30 AM from Monday to Friday (and at 07:00 AM on weekends), we understand that business schedules can be demanding. Your feedback regarding vegetarian and vegan options is incredibly valuable. While we do offer plant-based selections, we recognize that they may not be the primary focus of our current menu. I have shared your request for more variety with our Executive Chef to ensure our culinary offerings become more inclusive for our international guests.
