The staff was exceptional. When our child was sick and needed to go to the ER, the bellman was extremely helpful and caring to get us there safely. Also, the housekeepers were amazing to keep cleaning our room after the bad tummy bug went through the family. And throughout, the staff kept checking on us, and bending over backwards to help us out. Exceptional! Plus, they allowed us to check in way early (9am) before we got sick, which was a nice perk. The only downside with the hotel was that the pool and immediate area around it needs a refresh. Many missing tiles, and a bit of grime. Otherwise, the hotel and staff was exceptional.

We understand how frustrating it is when the website doesn't reflect the actual capacity of our rooms, and I have shared this with our digital distribution team to ensure we resolve these "maximum capacity" errors for future guests. Regarding the pool area, I sincerely appreciate your honesty. We are aware that the pool deck is due for a refresh, and we are currently planning maintenance to address the tiles and deep cleaning of the grout. Your observations help us prioritize these improvements. As a Silver member, we were delighted to offer you an early check-in at 9am, and we are glad this "perk" provided some comfort before the illness hit. I sincerely apologize that your arrival experience did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold at Pullman Santiago El Bosque, resulting in a 50/100 overall rating. I am truly sorry for the 30-minute wait you experienced during check-in and the lack of an early check-in option. We understand that for a business traveler, time and a quiet space to work are essential. On the day of your arrival, we faced an unexpected peak in early landings which, combined with an internal scheduling issue, impacted our ability to have rooms ready as quickly as we would have liked. Please be assured that we have already addressed this with our Housekeeping and Front Office management to ensure better coordination and staffing during busy periods. While I am glad you found our staff friendly despite the busy environment, I regret that we did not provide a suitable quiet area for you to work while waiting. Your suggestion regarding extra support for the front desk during peak times is very well taken and will be used to improve our operational flow. We are encouraged, however, that you found our accommodation, cleanliness, and WiFi to be at a more satisfactory level. Your insights are crucial for us to refine our "ease of access" and internal processes. The location of this hotel is amazing with its proximity to the MUT centre and the L1 metro that can take you to pretty much everywhere you’d like to go in the city. What really sets it apart though is the cool vibe, the great food and drink offer but, most of all, the amazing team that goes the extra mile to make your stay amazing.
