Novotel Santiago is a very nice hotel in Providencia. Its vicinity to metro station Tobalaba makes it ideal to explore Santiago. The hotel offers a small pool and spa area, fitness room, and has a good restaurant and bar. Breakfast is very good, and the hotel offers great evening events from time to time. All the hotel staff is super friendly, especially Margot from housekeeping, Camila, Fernanda, Cristina and Ale at the reception, Vania and Patricia from the events team, and Camila, Oskar, Esteban together with the whole bar team! I always enjoy staying here and it will definitely not have been the last time!

It was a good stay, it is a typical Novotel. The rooms are a bit used, the door seemed a bit flimsy. The pool is not worth it, also when we arrived they said: it was closed for maintenance. Really? The gym is not bad, just warm like all indoor gyms. Breakfast is ok, they are just slow with filling up things. The location is central, staff is friendly. Room service food was not that great but it did the trick the day we arrived. It was cheap.

Good, clean rooms, good breakfast. Excellent location, only a couple of blocks from subway station that serves two metro lines. Unfortunately, one of my two days the gym, swimming pool and sauna were closed due to a “private event”. I am sorry, but I chose the hotel and I am paying for the room because I want to use the gym.
