I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. From the moment my son and I arrived, the front desk team were fast, efficient and allowed us to enter the room an hour before. The room and services were great. The gym and heated pool were great to use, especially on labor day holiday, and my son enjoyed the pool. The only negative was that the spa was not working, and I was looking forward to using it. I would return to this hotel, which is walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and metro line.

While the hotel itself was excellent, it was the exceptional quality of your team that made our visit unforgettable. In particular, I want to highlight two staff members who went above and beyond: • Patricia (Restaurant): She looked after us with such warmth and professionalism. Her attention to detail and welcoming nature made every meal a highlight of our day. • Esteban (Bar): A true master of his craft. Not only did he serve the most fantastic cocktails we’ve had in a long time, but his friendly demeanor made the bar feel like a home away from home. Both Patricia and Esteban are credits to the Novotel brand. They are incredibly friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable. Honestly, if Novotel wants to define what world-class customer service looks like, they should look no further than these two. They are the perfect examples of the standard that global employees should strive for. Please ensure our gratitude is passed on to them and their supervisors. We look forward to returning soon!

I had a good experience in general. Haven't used much of the hotel, but it had a good location in the city and close to interesting spots such as the shopping mall and restaurants. It was very expensive though.
