It was a comfortable room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the staff members were attentive. It was our first time with a Novotel brand as we just started with the ALL loyalty scheme, and we are pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. The only thing we would suggest is that the gym may require some upgrade.

I found the staff to be very pleasant and patient. They made a sincere effort to communicate with me in English in response to my questions and to resolve any issues I was having. My room was clean and quite comfortable. I especially appreciated the chair that pulled out into a small bed. It’s nice to have a place to sit besides the bed or a hard chair. The neighborhood was Was quiet and had a nice neighborhood feel.
