Fridge did not work. Noise from corridor. Tiny cramped room, smelt like sewerage. No moisturiser. No face towels. No slippers. Things getting worn down.

The location is great and the place is very pleasant overall. However, I found the rooms to have poor sound insulation. During the night, I could hear noises such as toilets flushing and people walking in the hallway, which is something that could definitely be improved

I am an ALL Accor Gold member and have stayed at many Accor properties around the world, which is why this experience at Novotel Santiago Providencia was particularly disappointing. While I understand that reservations made through third-party platforms may not qualify for points or certain loyalty benefits, I was surprised by the complete lack of elite recognition during my stay, especially compared to the treatment I usually receive at other Accor hotels internationally. More concerning, however, was the condition of the room itself. The soap dispenser was not functioning properly, and both the bed linen and pillows had a very unpleasant smell, resembling sweat or insufficient washing. This did not reflect the quality and cleanliness standards I normally associate with the Novotel brand. What disappointed me most was that I raised these concerns respectfully during my stay and, unfortunately, nobody contacted me or attempted to resolve the issues before my departure. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future guests can have a better experience.
