The hotel’s location is excellent. However, communication was very poor. I sent several emails about special requests before my stay and never received a single reply. My request for an earlier check-in was also ignored. The room was clean but old, and the humidity was noticeable. The reception and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The biggest issue was the city tax. According to the Chilean PDI documentation, eligible foreign tourists should not be charged accommodation tax. I do not understand why the hotel distinguishes between credit and debit card payments. This policy is unclear and unfair.

I planned to stay 6 days but stayed only 2 days due to noise in room 1802. I believe A/C unit on top of roof was causing vibration and noise that I was unable to sleep. Reported to management but were unable to solve it. I believe it is a structural issue and requires better solution. The rest eas good.

The location is great and the place is very pleasant overall. However, I found the rooms to have poor sound insulation. During the night, I could hear noises such as toilets flushing and people walking in the hallway, which is something that could definitely be improved

I am an ALL Accor Gold member and have stayed at many Accor properties around the world, which is why this experience at Novotel Santiago Providencia was particularly disappointing. While I understand that reservations made through third-party platforms may not qualify for points or certain loyalty benefits, I was surprised by the complete lack of elite recognition during my stay, especially compared to the treatment I usually receive at other Accor hotels internationally. More concerning, however, was the condition of the room itself. The soap dispenser was not functioning properly, and both the bed linen and pillows had a very unpleasant smell, resembling sweat or insufficient washing. This did not reflect the quality and cleanliness standards I normally associate with the Novotel brand. What disappointed me most was that I raised these concerns respectfully during my stay and, unfortunately, nobody contacted me or attempted to resolve the issues before my departure. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future guests can have a better experience.

It is a good hotel, clean, comfortable in a great area. The breakfast was good, but somedays it seemed like the room was at capacity, taking some time to refill some options. Also there’s no refrigerator in room.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. From the moment my son and I arrived, the front desk team were fast, efficient and allowed us to enter the room an hour before. The room and services were great. The gym and heated pool were great to use, especially on labor day holiday, and my son enjoyed the pool. The only negative was that the spa was not working, and I was looking forward to using it. I would return to this hotel, which is walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and metro line.

We have just completed a truly wonderful stay at the Novotel Santiago Providencia, and I felt compelled to share our experience. While the hotel itself was excellent, it was the exceptional quality of your team that made our visit unforgettable. In particular, I want to highlight two staff members who went above and beyond: • Patricia (Restaurant): She looked after us with such warmth and professionalism. Her attention to detail and welcoming nature made every meal a highlight of our day. • Esteban (Bar): A true master of his craft. Not only did he serve the most fantastic cocktails we’ve had in a long time, but his friendly demeanor made the bar feel like a home away from home. Both Patricia and Esteban are credits to the Novotel brand. They are incredibly friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable. Honestly, if Novotel wants to define what world-class customer service looks like, they should look no further than these two. They are the perfect examples of the standard that global employees should strive for. Please ensure our gratitude is passed on to them and their supervisors. We look forward to returning soon!
