Horrible experience. Worst of all was the cockroach. But also: No chair in the room, no soap/shampoo, bathroom door wouldn't stay open, no phone unit to call the front desk when cockroach was spotted in the room, no bug spray to kill the cockroach.

We couldn't sleep well cause the room had no acoustic isolation and our door was in front of the elevator, so people were speaking loudly all night long.
