The position was good, also with tasty breakfast. But the commodities in the hotel is super expensive, it charged me 11R$ for a common bottle of water. We can say it can be a kind of money robbery.

I requested the invoice to be issued under my company’s tax ID (CNPJ) both during check-in and check-out, but it was still issued incorrectly in my personal name. This has caused major issues for my corporate expense reporting. I’ve asked for help to correct the problem, while the staff has promised to look into it, no one has been able to resolve it so far, which shows a lack of competence and respect for customers.

It was a short stay but I do recommend the hotel because of it's location mainly and also because of good reception. Bedroom quality is ok, nothing to complain about. Water prices in the hotel bar are too expensive but there are other options close by
