Shower keeps getting cold, really bad wifi connection (couldn’t even watch a movie). A drunk woman kept banged on our door at 4am and reception desk didn’t pick up the phone, had to change rooms. Not a good experience.

1. the rooms have no windows that we can breath pure air; 2. no translucent courtains; the conditionated air equipment isn´t to climate the ambient, it works only in freshing / fan mode; 3 the general maintenance conditions are so bad (the toilet shower support was falling off, the tempered glass door of the bathroom was scraping on the floor, the toilet seat was fixed crooked and much smaller than the toilet bowl). The Service Room is ok, but the management of the breakfast saloon could be more attentive - for more once time, glasses, plates and other thinks are missing and the removal of the remains from the tables remained there for a long time. I think that the Management could be better.
