The room lacks a lot of resources (no tissue, no facial towels, shower takes forever to heat, stained beddings and towels, no coffee maker, utensils, cup, microwave etc.) Breakfast not included and even paying for it, I had to provide my room number every morning, pastries were burned, no labels on dishes, lack of fruit options, no vegan food at all. Reception staff unprofessional, the only nice ones were the room service staff.
