Used to be better

I´ve often stay at Ibis Santo Andre with my fiance. When It was Le Club I was with Gold status and always won the welcome drink and felt special with messages in my room. When changed to ALL my status downgraded to silver and never more was offered the welcome drink (even it´s still won with silver status) and the special message to be felt special never more, and, always they asked with floor do we prefer, last 2 checkins it wasn´t asked.

Effective check in and check out processes, rooms are old and outdated but clean and efficient, breakfast had good and diverse options but only one employee was there to complete check in and table cleaning. With that, breakfast room was usually messy and with most tables taken by used plates and cups.

In an Ibis budget hotel one shouldn't expect luxury, but what was provided here was certainly up to standard. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only the showerwater was often barely lukewarm when I came back from work in the evening. A big asset to this hotel is the staff. Everybody was always very helpful and friendly to me. I definitely would stay ther again should the occasion occur.

It’s very expensive. Hilton go in have better accommodations and breakfast for the same price! The iron is very old!
