Terrible , the staffs are extremely rude, my husband was surgery and we needed support from a quiet place, it was under construction and the staff informed us that the morning cage was paid for, and at my check out the ALMIR staff told me to pay, I said that the communication between them was bad. Because each employee said something, we received very poor service from them. I am completely disappointed with the hotel and the service.
