Overall the stay was comfortable, although the noise from the traffic was clearly audible in the room. The breakfast was rich, but to some extent too heavy to my diet. The room was cleaned regularly, the bed was comfortable. There is a shopping mall just across the street. The hotel is easy to reach as it is located next to large streets.

It was a good stay. The bedroom and overall hotel conditions were very clean. The bed was too hard. It did not feel comfortable. The reception offered to place few blankets. It helped a little bit. I felt really cold during the night. The heating system was not working. There was no extra blanket in the room. There is no phone in the room either. You have to request anything you need directly at the reception. I did enjoy the breakfast at the hotel.

The Hotel is expensive for what offers. I had booked a room (from abroad) with similar rate as my brother (from Brazil). On my check in, I was informed that my room was part of the Ibis Budget, a very basic room. And my Nrother got for the same price a room with extra facilities. This situation didn't sound fair. Another trick of Accor Group.

For the price paid doesn't delivery the service properly. Localization is good , but the room size and breakfast are terrible. The shower was not working, and when I claim on my checkout the attendant did not pay attention to the complaint .
