There were no rooms available in the region, and this was the last one in this hotel, so perhaps it was expensive. It was a small room in good but not great shape. I called the front desk once to ask for an extra blanket but it was not answered.

I had a fantastic 12-day stay at the Mercure Hotel in São Caetano do Sul this August. The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaners and restaurant team. I’ll definitely be back next year. Thanks again!

the main concern was not allowed PET during the staying, the host was very tough when the proposal was raised

Referente ao Pet., como estamos em um predio residencial, a proibição foi definida em Assembleia Condominal, além disso não conseguimos oferecer segurança aos PET's devido às sacadas. O Sr. perdeu itens? Reportou a nossa equipe? Quanto à piscina houve algum problema, no questionário não consegui identificar a razão da baixa avaliação quanto a nossa piscina. Hotel needs urgent renovation

One night stay in the hotel. The room smelled bad when I arrived. The sofa in the room was dirty and very uncomfortable to sit on. Chairs to sit at the desk were too low and I had to use a pillow on the chair to reach the correct height. This hotel needs urgent renovation. Only positive point was the reception staff was nice.
