Experiencing Mercure Sao Bernardo

We were 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child), staying at Mercure Sao Bernardo from 22 Nov until 30 Nov. We needed to leave the hotel on 29Nov at 17:30 for our flight and hence had to pay for the additional day (until 30Nov). On check in (also for the first night), the sleeper couch was not made for our 8 year old son to sleep on. He slept the first night in our bed. On 23Nov I requested the sleeper couch to be made for him. Our Fridge also did not work and was replaced on 24Nov. Our Room also only had cutlery & crockery for 2 people (this was never corrected). The Blue metal drums in the rooms are very loud when bumping into them or placing an item on them. (Perhaps fill them with sponges or some acoustic material to reduce the noice they make when using them). The Airconditioning worked well in the apartment.

Hi, this was the hardest bed ive sleept in. you need to send your staff to english class. thank God that Maria was today 22 nov there and she speaks english very well. Kind staff but cant speak english.

Couldn't communicate in English. Breakfast options are little, and I didn't like. No support staff for room service. Hotel maintained clean and rooms too.
