Very poor service. I had to wait more than 3 hours to do an early check‑in, and it wasn’t until I asked to cancel my reservation that they offered me the option of a “suite.” There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hotel reception during the night on both days I stayed there. The front desk staff didn’t even greet guests — truly awful.

The best: the breakfast, among the bests I've tried The worst: my room was not cleaned during my stay. There was a misunderstanding about my room and another guest was granted the access while I was still there. It's the first time this happens to me in 20 years (I travel a lot)
