A mess since the beggining. An expensive room w/ a terrible experience. In my room it even hadn't a simple towel. I called the reception asking for a help and she said to go at the ground floor to take a towel. I faced problems with fire alarm twice (one at 2am!) and the breakfast is so terrible as the other experiences (Ibis is at lead consistent presenting problems in all areas). Many people taking breakfast at same time in a really tight cafeteria. We faced lack of plates, classes, spoons, knives etc. And the scrambled eggs is a real horror with terrible quality.

It has been a week since check-out, yet the requested invoice has not been issued or sent. The refund from my stay before the Spring Festival is still pending with no progress. Multiple inquiries received no effective response—only delays and perfunctory treatment. This terrible after-sales service shows a complete lack of service awareness. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

Dear Ibis Team, I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback in a constructive way. Overall, the room was fine and met basic expectations. However, I felt that the price charged was somewhat high considering the overall experience offered. One point that caused some inconvenience was the breakfast policy. I was not given the option to decline breakfast, as it was mandatory in the booking. For this reason, I chose to have coffee the next day, but I would have preferred the flexibility to decide. Regarding the room and common areas, I noticed that the sofa upholstery was torn. I kindly suggest repairing or replacing it, as details like this significantly impact the guest experience and overall perception of quality. Additionally, the table where I sat was unstable and wobbling, which made it uncomfortable to use. As for breakfast, the papaya was excellent. However, the watermelon and melon did not look very appealing visually, so I chose not to try them. The lemon juice was extremely sweet, and the orange juice appeared to be from a carton, as it had a slightly bitter aftertaste. It would be wonderful if natural juice options could be offered. Additionally, the sliced bread was not very pleasant in taste, the cream cheese was not very appetizing, and the scrambled eggs appeared dry rather than creamy, which was disappointing. Because of their appearance, I chose not to take them. The only item I truly enjoyed was the pão d. queijo, which was very good. I wish I had chosen Mercure instead of Ibis for this stay. I share this feedback with the intention of contributing to improvements, as I believe attention to these details can significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for your attention. O check in foi super agradável, graças à funcionária Beatriz, que foi super educada, simpática e prestativa. Chegamos no quarto e só havia um edredom de solteiro, descemos na recepção para pegar um cobertor e não tinha nenhum disponível. Passamos frio na hospedagem, mas de resto deu tudo certo, o café da manhã estava muito bom, tudo bem fresco e quentinho. Jantamos no restaurante também e a comida estava super deliciosa, os pratos vieram bem rápido e estava tudo fresquinho e bem feito.
