I made the payment the night before my checkout to pickup faster in the mornig. To my astonishment they lost my payment details and were charging me again. If that was not enough after the conclusion of the payment they forgot to pickup the vehicle.I kept waiting for more than 20 minutes. When I complained again they told me to wake up earlier ... this is absurd

This was a 1.5 day stay. Staff were pleasant, room clean and comfortable. Would love to have more opportunities to see foreign tv channels with the SAP audio option and fewer religion channels.

Not used to this kind of hotels. Small for me, but understanding the value offer, is good for price. - Comfortable beds, quiet, good shower, good wifi - small sheets (didn´t cover the bed), frigobar too noisy, no room service, poor lighting

Staff very helpful. Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable and clean. I liked being able to indicate that towels and bedding did not need daily washing, to save water. Staff allowed me to stay a little beyond checkout time, which was extremely helpful to rest before long plane journey home. I very much appreciated this flexibility.

My experience was overall good, but it could have been a little better. For example, I asked for fresh towels and was told essentially no. And there were no hand towels to dry hands after you wash, so I had to use a big towel. Not sure why. Also, there was no coffee maker in the rooms and to add to that coffee downstairs was not free of charge.
