入住期间房间设施尚可,但酒店财务与售后处理极度不负责任!离店已一周,申请的发票至今未开具寄出;年前入住的退款更是遥遥无期,多次沟通均无有效反馈,拖延敷衍、效率极低,严重损害消费者权益。如此糟糕的售后体验,毫无服务意识,绝不推荐,也不会再次入住! The room facilities were acceptable during my stay, but the hotel is extremely irresponsible in financial and after-sales management! It has been a week since check-out, yet the requested invoice has not been issued or sent. The refund from my stay before the Spring Festival is still pending with no progress. Multiple inquiries received no effective response—only delays and perfunctory treatment. This terrible after-sales service shows a complete lack of service awareness. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

Noisy i can listen next room, room very mall for 90usd per day, not English speakers, Dry eggs in the breakfast very bad. Bad experience.

Dear Ibis Team, I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback in a constructive way. Overall, the room was fine and met basic expectations. However, I felt that the price charged was somewhat high considering the overall experience offered. One point that caused some inconvenience was the breakfast policy. I was not given the option to decline breakfast, as it was mandatory in the booking. For this reason, I chose to have coffee the next day, but I would have preferred the flexibility to decide. Regarding the room and common areas, I noticed that the sofa upholstery was torn. I kindly suggest repairing or replacing it, as details like this significantly impact the guest experience and overall perception of quality. Additionally, the table where I sat was unstable and wobbling, which made it uncomfortable to use. As for breakfast, the papaya was excellent. However, the watermelon and melon did not look very appealing visually, so I chose not to try them. The lemon juice was extremely sweet, and the orange juice appeared to be from a carton, as it had a slightly bitter aftertaste. It would be wonderful if natural juice options could be offered. Additionally, the sliced bread was not very pleasant in taste, the cream cheese was not very appetizing, and the scrambled eggs appeared dry rather than creamy, which was disappointing. Because of their appearance, I chose not to take them. The only item I truly enjoyed was the pão d. queijo, which was very good. I wish I had chosen Mercure instead of Ibis for this stay. I share this feedback with the intention of contributing to improvements, as I believe attention to these details can significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for your attention.
