It was a great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very confortable and the air conditioner was great. I only wish it had a hand towel hanger next to the sink. And, it was very close to the subway.

They didn’t clean my room, located me in a one bedroom room when I specifically selected a two beds room. Also when moving rooms I left some stuff in the first room and they said they couldn’t find it

The smell of towels was not ok. There was no face towel, only for the bath. There was no shampoo and I didnt see any information in the hotel that they do not provide shampoo. There was no control over the temperature, only the air speed.
