We arrived after midnight and could check in easily. There is security at the front door. Hotel is super well located right next to the metro. Main negative was staff knocking three times in the morning at early hours and fully opening the hotel door each time! There has to be a better way for them to know who has checked out already. If I was traveling solo, I would have been terrified of a stranger opening the door without permission. This has to change!!

We were required to pay to store our luggage here before check-in and again after check-out. I have never experienced this at any other Accor hotel, including in Brazil. I would not stay here again for this reason. Although I completed the online check-in in advance, the check-in process at the hotel was still incredibly slow and the staff did not speak English. The location was very convenient and the card for requesting housekeeping was a good idea. The machine for refilling our water bottles was also appreciated.

The entire process to check in (register and get the key to the room) took in total more than 30 min!! I never had that in any other hotel from Accor
