Every day, after the towels change, each towel had new dirty marks. I asked to change the towels, but all towels was dirty. This was my worst experience in IBIS Hotel

We heard the neighbors snoring and talking, which wasn't the most convenient. Other than that, good service - very friendly and helpful staff, very nice reception area.

Check-in was easy and an early check-in was offered to me for R$80 ish. The room looked like a cell, but clean. The mattress was quite firm, probably the firmest I have ever seen. No small refrigerator in this unit, I should had checked it before but didn't expect that a R$450/night room wouldn't have a small refrigerator. Other than a very good location, there isn't anything to justify how much they charge.

Well located, very close to the subway station. Very good breakfast. Rooms could have nightstands near the bed and maybe a small closet or more places to hang or place our belongings (there was space available for those). It is pricy for being a two-star hotel, with no gym, pool or other extras.
