You must have the need to keep rooms for people with disabilities rather than give them to an able bodied person. The room was terrible for me and didn’t suit my requirements. There is one tiny sink in the bathroom that you could barely use to brush teeth.

While all was great and our check-in smooth and quick, our two bedroom residence was stuffy on arrival, as it was a warm day…it would have been nice to keep a window open or the a/c on low for a more pleasant welcome. The QR code to work the a/c didn’t load so we had to guess the controls. The a/c was very noisy and could only be turned on high, if low was selected it went off. We also had to turn the a/c off at night due to it being so loud. Kitchen utensils and plates, bowls etc. were very limited, no ice tray was in the freezer compartment so enjoying iced drinks was not possible. These small touches would have made our experience much better. The living area, and bedrooms were nice and roomy as was the en-suite bathrooms. However having the bedroom doors lock automatically behind you, if not wedged open, was an issue if the door key was left inside the bedroom. While privacy is welcome for the separate rooms, when with friends or family this feature of locking the door isn’t really necessary.
