We were quite disappointed by a few things during our stay: - the heavily stained carpet in the bedroom - the lack of service from house keeping and restaurant staff - extremely chaotic spa experience with lots of noisy children However, we loved: - the hotel grounds and how well kept they are - Aidan the bar man who was excellent and whose attention to detail, drinks recommendations and customer service was incredible - the outside pool early on a Sunday morning

My wife and I together with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren had a marvelous bank holiday weekend. We were very impressed with the focus on family and children’s activities. The rooms were perfect and very comfortable for families. The service levels were terrific. The attentiveness of staff and kindness and patience shown the children was exemplary. In addition, the restaurants and generally the food and beverage offerings were very good. We thought the Italian restaurant, Il Giardino, was fantastic. Also, the hotel proximity to Windsor Castle, Legoland and the woodland park is advantageous and easily permitted us to take in a few off property activities. All in all we had a great stay and highly recommend the Fairmont Windsor Park.

Breakfast very slow AC in the room did not work properly, really hot … Breakfast service slow and slap dash. Lobby was dirty… Sunday morning when we checked in a puppy had soiled the floor, it smelt and disgusting… Took 15 mins to clean away if another guest did not point it out I would have ruined my outfit as we were attending a wedding there and was wearing an extremely expensive lengha…
