We stayed for two nights, the hotel is beautiful, it’s well kept, extremely clean, the grounds are beautiful too and it seems as though they are continuing work to improve this too. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel caters very well for young children as well as adults. We were treated like royalty, the staff remembered our son’s name and said hello every time they saw him. The atmosphere was friendly, comfortable as well as luxurious. Can’t wait to stay again!

Family of 4 stayed for 3 nights over the school Easter holidays. The kids activities were good although at times felt a little unorganised, but would visit again for a similar family trip.

We never wanted to leave and we can’t wait to return. The staff at this fairmont go above and beyond to help. They are so warm and accommodating. The restaurants were amazing, kids programming during school break were phenomenal, and the amenities and facilities were great. Top to bottom an amazing vacation.
