Excellent service throughout, from our arrival, free valet parking, pleasant door and reception staff, to our departure. Restaurant and bar staff were brilliant. I particularly liked the fact that team managers were happy to serve guests when waiting staff were busy elsewhere.

I recently had a lovely 2-night stay at the Fairmont Windsor Park. We went for a couple of spa days and the spa facilities did not disappoint. Our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. One problem encountered was when we booked (via e-mail direct with the Fairmont) we booked a 'one night spa break' which included spa treatments and breakfast and dinner and then a further night at a bed and breakfast rate. Despite the fact we were told these two room bookings would be connected together and mentioning it twice on check in (we checked in early but could not get out room keys until later), the two bookings were not connected. This meant our room did not get serviced until very late after our first night and worse when we returned to our room after our spa treatments our room keys no longer worked. One of us had to go to reception just dressed in a robe to collect new keys. Otherwise, the staff were all lovely and very helpful and they went above and beyond to make the two day break a lovely birthday celebration for my husband.

We were locked out of out room, we were offered £82 credit but i dont feel this is correct we also have very very slow sevice at lunch and waiting at least 20 min to get out first drink and order food

As ever very good. Staff great throughout. Switching off the internet, the TV and the room keys as we checked out (at 10.45am) a litte keen when we were not out of the room yet.
