The hotel is located in the greenest district of Krakow, Nowa Huta, which ranked 1st in the TOP 10 best areas to live in Europe in the British newspaper The Guardian. The hotel has 63 air-con rooms, decorated in a modern style and a conference room. Beds are extremely comfortable thanks to the special Sweet Bed mattresses. We meet the requirements of all market segments of both business and tourism.

Close distance to Center of Krakow, just 20 minutes drive, and a unique urban space are advantages of the location. In the immediate vicinity there is a picturesque park with a free Graduation Tower. The hotel is close to the EXPO International Convention Centre and the Tauron Arena. Within a few kilometers from our hotel, the "Krakow - Nowa Huta Przyszlosci" project is being implemented.

It was maybe the 7th time I had stayed in this hotel, and it was the worst experience. First of all, we arrived quite late, and the room we received had a broken AC, so we had to change rooms. We got another one, but late in the evening, we found out that the TV was broken, so we asked to change rooms one more time. For me, it is not understandable why hotel staff can't check such things as AC or TV. During our stay, we asked to clean our room twice. Every morning when we decided to skip cleaning, I hung a notice to receive some ALL points, but in the end, I haven't received any points for the skipped cleaning. It is a pity, and I don't know if I would like to stay in this hotel one more time.
