The tv and the air conditioning did not work, the pool wasn’t working (even though they told me after I made the reservation and gave me the option to cancel my reservation)

We are also sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with the TV. Had the issue been reported to the Reception during your stay, our team would have been happy to assist and would have done everything possible to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Regarding the swimming pool, its temporary closure was due to essential technical maintenance works carried out to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Information about this was provided before your arrival, and we also offered the option of cancelling the reservation free of charge. Great staff; friendly, smiling and profesional. Perfect breakfast with great choice. Nice, clean rooms. Big parking. 50m from train station and 25 min to Zakopane. A few minutes ride to the center of Nowy Targ. Was not there but swimming pool and sauna available. Definitely recommend

Even though the reception staff is great, the cleaners underperform as both rooms were dirty upon arrival. On the second day I requested cleaning yet dirt was still all over the floors. Saunas were paid extra (this wasnt clearly communicated when booking) Sauna towels are also paid extra if you need clean ones, this is unacceptable.

As a Platinum member, I felt there were very limited benefits at this hotel. The sauna is only available at an additional cost, and the welcome drink benefit is restricted to alcoholic and cold beverages. It would be appreciated if hot drinks were also included, especially during winter. After returning from a full day visiting Zakopane, a hot drink would have been far more suitable. In my experience, this is the only Accor hotel where hot drinks were not offered as part of the welcome drink benefit, which I found surprising. The check-in experience was also quite impersonal, with no real sense of welcome or warmth from the staff. We used the indoor heated pool hoping to relax after a long day out. Unfortunately, during our visit there was a swimming instructor conducting a lesson with a child, and he was very loud. The session lasted around 50 minutes, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the facility. This was disappointing. As someone who stays in Accor hotels for more than 60 nights per year, I feel it is important to be honest about my experience. In the end, we did not make use of the welcome drinks at all.

We place great importance on the quality of service provided to our loyal guests, and we regret that the check-in experience was perceived as too formal and lacking warmth. This is a clear signal for us to address the matter internally and provide additional training to our reception team. Regarding the loyalty program benefits, we fully understand your disappointment concerning the welcome drink. Your suggestion to include hot beverages, particularly during the winter season, is very valuable and will certainly be forwarded for further consideration. Our saunarium area is a paid service due to its extensive facilities and the professional sessions that are organized there; however, we understand that this may differ from experiences in other hotels within the Accor network. We are also sorry for the inconvenience related to the swimming pool. Swimming lessons take place at scheduled times, but we understand that their intensity and duration may have affected your ability to relax. This is another valuable comment that will help us better manage the availability of this area for individual guests. Once again, thank you for your time and for sharing your observations. We sincerely hope that you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back and demonstrate the higher standard of service that you rightfully expect during a future stay. We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and food delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located next to train station so it is very convenient to commute to Zakopane or Krakow but not disturbing at all.

It is not so often to see such amazing and diverse breakfast in European hotels. Also service was making sure that nothing is missing. Highly recommended. It is also excellent stay for families - swimming pool , place to watch cartoons and animation. Room was clean and modern. I highly recommend.
