The tv and the air conditioning did not work, the pool wasn’t working (even though they told me after I made the reservation and gave me the option to cancel my reservation)

We are also sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with the TV. Had the issue been reported to the Reception during your stay, our team would have been happy to assist and would have done everything possible to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Regarding the swimming pool, its temporary closure was due to essential technical maintenance works carried out to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Information about this was provided before your arrival, and we also offered the option of cancelling the reservation free of charge.
