Great staff; friendly, smiling and profesional. Perfect breakfast with great choice. Nice, clean rooms. Big parking. 50m from train station and 25 min to Zakopane. A few minutes ride to the center of Nowy Targ. Was not there but swimming pool and sauna available. Definitely recommend

Even though the reception staff is great, the cleaners underperform as both rooms were dirty upon arrival. On the second day I requested cleaning yet dirt was still all over the floors. Saunas were paid extra (this wasnt clearly communicated when booking) Sauna towels are also paid extra if you need clean ones, this is unacceptable.
