No-nonsense, very friendly staff except for one. Excellent breakfast buffet, good value. However, there seems to be some quirky policies at the hotel. There was a party in a hotel, music blasting through the windows and doors, which i did not mind until a front desk clerk called my suite and asked for visitors my family members to leave the hotel. Yet there was no noise coming from my room. i told him about the double standard, but I don't think he understood though to which i wasn't surprised.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was overall very satisfied with the service and comfort. The only suggestion I have is that weekend breakfasts could start at 6:30, as when I had other activities beginning at 8:00, there was very little time to have breakfast comfortably.

i really enjoyed already y 3rd stay at this hotel, it is well located, rooms are spacius, breakfast is really large and fresh, what i liked also is the restaurant with good food at reasonable proce. i would like to stress that staff is VERY helpful and friendly responding immediately to specific customer requirements

Extremely friendly staff. Extremely good restaurant. Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast like Novotel and Mercure, great choice of food of perfect quality. Parking available. 10 minutes by taxi to Old Town Square. Great price to quality ratio. Nowy Sącz is also a great gateway to many great cities around.. Will be back One small comment, please inform about a planned Saturday event :-) - I do not see a web page if I book through Accor app
