Congratulations on obtaining one star, which reflects the level of hotel service, and specifically the reception staff. I asked about parking twice and was informed that in my case it was subject to an additional fee. I didn't use it, and yet the parking was added to the invoice. The staff was unable to inform me that parking was included in the reservation, even though the information was displayed in my reservation. However, what convinced me to give such a low review was the dubious pleasure of talking to the staff. Once again, congratulations to Ibis Styles for its customer-friendly approach and winning one star.

Overall my experience was great. Clean and nice room. Breakfast had nice choices. Staff at reception very friendly. The only small issue is underground parking as the entrance is very narrow.

The hotel is in very nice place. Beautiful nature around. Lot of possibilities for walking, cycling, pool and so on. Staff of hotel is nice and helpful. Breakfast is included, rooms are clean and enough space.
