We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the natural surroundings of the Tatra Mountains and that your overall experience was positive. At the same time, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments have already been shared with our maintenance team to ensure these matters are addressed promptly. Your observations regarding the inconsistency in food quality and the situation in the wellness relaxation area have been noted as well. We are currently reviewing our procedures to avoid situations where guests occupy deckchairs without being present, to ensure fair and comfortable access for everyone.
