Everything was great in terms of interior, location, spa and the breakfast that was superb and worth of special mention. From minus side there were technical issues in the room with lights that were not switching off but also not intuitive as well as master bedroom toilet that was not flushing and also the air conditioning/ventilation that was not functional during our stay. Also, the staff did not provide any solutions when reported four times about the toilet. Not what I usually have experienced in five star hotels. Sometimes simple solutions leave better impression that cutting edge gadgets.

Located close to the slopes, the hotel has all the facilities for a good ski experience, including ski storage and equipment area, not to mention the exceptional views from the top floors in the spa and outdoor heated pool. Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the lobby area and piano bar. Besides this, the services are very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Visiting Jasna with the family was a great experience and Swissotel made it excellent. Definitely thinking to come back again next year.

Overall great and comfortable stay, similar to what me and my kids experienced last year. Communicative and friendly personnel. Big kudos and special thanks to Snowbeer staff and room maids for an exceptional approach towards us. Thank you very much! Brilliant pool&spa area although the water in the indoor pool was noticeably colder than last year. A bit too cold for a leisure pool in my and my daughter's opinion. ;-) During breakfast the food selection was decent, although I would recommend extending the breakfast serving times. 7am till 10am seems a little narrow for a not business travel oriented guests. Additionally one thing I do have to mention is that one morning (out of three that we had breakfast) me and my daughters (11 & 13 yo) were not allowed into the restaurant because of flip-flops on our feet (not the hotel slippers). The lady at the entrance explained that there was a new management and there was a new dress code in place. She pointed to the sign explaining the rules, but if I understood it properly the no flip slops dress code applied only during afternoon and evening hours. Nevertheless, not to make a fuss out of it we returned politely to the room and changed our shoes. It was a bit strange as we were about to hit the slopes right after breakfast and wanted to dress comfortable. As many other guests. If it is a new rule indeed and not the employees misinterpretation than please reconsider. Thanks in advance & see you next time! :-)

everything was great, room spacious with good furniture (need more hangers though, every hotel has this problem). staff very friendly, the spa excellent as well as the outdoor pool. the only small complaint -. the food quality at dinner -. some of the foods did not taste good and the presentation did not help (soggy pots).

Overall the hotel is very nice and clean the only thing from design perspective is the amount of empty spaces, specifically in the Spa area, lounge beds around pools are not enough for the huge space.
The other thing Hotel Damian needs to work on is check in and check out experience. While checking in people from reception had not paid us any mind although they did say Hi, but kept us waiting for couple of minutes. No welcome drink, no explanation of Hotel premises. While checking out no one asked us if we were satisfied/happy or if we had any feedback. Other than that great.

Everything was nice, tidy, clean. Staff was helpful and kind, especially at the Snowbeer restaurant. I would like to highlight our server lady who always was there, was always helpful and kind, very very kind with our children! Thankful for her!

Excellent hotel and location, modern and new. We were lucky that there weren't many people there, and the spa and lounge area were practically empty. The restaurant, located near the cinema, is wonderful. I'd especially like to mention and express my gratitude to Evgeny, who accompanied us to dinner and breakfast. He's an expert in his field, cheerful and positive, and, in addition to excellent service, can give excellent recommendations for things to see in the area and at the hotel itself.

We are staying 3 nights but cleaner doesn’t come any time! Wellness for adults so small.

Host might by triving to deliver an exclusive accomodation with 5* quality in the tatras nature, but i got to admit i feel more like 4*.
Altough hotel is new, unfortunately many room items are either broke or damaged like chair, balcony door or remote controller in bathroom.
Hotel asked guests to follow specific dress code for dinner, however most of the people were wearing tracksuits.
Quality or tastiness of food was different on day 1 as on day 2.
Wellness area could be big enough but people reserve with their blankets the deckchairs in relaxing room what caused that from 15 deckchairs was none free, altough in room were only 2 people
