We, a family of four, stayed for two nights. It's a little small but clean and well located, the breakfast is really well served and the staff are friendly. There's also a parking garage for 15eur per day

Great location and staff were friendly, but the hotel offers zero amenities. The bathroom had a basic shower with all-in-one shampoo and a hair dryer, that's it. No coffee, water, or any extras in the room. Breakfast buffet was modest but had all the essentials.

Upon arriving, I realized that the a/c is not working; hence I revert back to the reception who advised they will check it. The second morning, I complained again, and they told me they will check with the house keeping. When I returned back in the afternoon, still it was not working and the front office told me that she can't do anything but providing a fan!!! And direct me to talk to the manager next morning (this was on Saturday night). The following morning when I requested to meet the manager, I was told this Sunday, and the manager doesn't work on Sundays!!!! I repeated my complaint again also with absolutely no response till one of the front office advised that "in Germany it is not allowed for a/c to be working in winter times!!!". To cut the story short, every one is just throwing the issue to the other with no solution, even on Monday or Tuesday (during my stay) the staff were sitting with the manager in the restaurant area (I am quite sure they saw me standing in the front office area prior leaving) so either my complaint was not escalated to the manager, or the manager knew and also did not care. In the interim, I submitted a complaint thru the chatting service on All Accor app, also with absolutely no feedback. Over all, I did not benefit neither form a room with a/c, nor a sound proof room.

For future visits, we recommend requesting courtyard-facing rooms which typically maintain more stable temperatures. Our weekly cleaning service for extended stays helps maintain standards, though we acknowledge this might not compensate for other inconveniences you experienced.
