We are very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we discovered that the room we had booked was not available, and nobody had informed us in advance. No similar room or equivalent category was offered as a replacement, so we had to accept an option that did not match our original reservation. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled: no prior warning, no suitable alternative, and no compensation or commercial gesture whatsoever for the inconvenience. When booking and paying for a specific room type, it is reasonable to expect to receive it or, at the very least, to be offered an equivalent alternative and appropriate compensation. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the way this situation was managed.

I’m rating it an 8 because I’m spoiled to the hotels in the USA, but for the way of living in Germany it is pretty good. The reception people are very nice and helpful with anything you need in between cleanings (once a week). This little room was all we need for our 2 week stay to visit our son. We were able to cook some of our meals in our room with the very well equipped kitchen. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Travelling with our dog, choices are limited. So we were totally delighted with this stay at Stuttgart Messe. The kitchenette meant we could save money and cook simple food we got at the nearby Rewe supermarket. All beds comfy. Best of all, very budget-friendly price. Thank you!

Positives that it sits nearby the highway and very quiet inside. Good kitchenette, spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Lots of shops within walking distance. 24/7 reception with friendly and helpful staff. Negative that the A/C wasn't cool enough and you have to pay extra for the parking.

Family stop off on a road trip to Italy, room has a small kitchenette so we could cook dinner and plenty of room for all 4 of us. Breakfast was great, lots of choice (cereal, ham/cheese/bread, pastries, juice, coffee/tea and bacon,hash browns and eggs). Very happy with stay.

Travelling with kids, this was a good overnight location on the way south. Everything looked clean, well maintained and relatively new. The parking is underground, which gives me a safe feeling to leave the car with a lot of stuff in it, though it is 15 euro for a night, which is a bit much I think.

We were driving to Salzburg and stayed for a night here. The stay was extremely comfortable. Persons at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room (studio apartment) was very spacious and had all necessary requirements. Our daughter loved her own space and the balcony which was a surprise for her was the highlight. We dined and spent quality family time there. We just stayed one night but wished we spent more time here.

I specifically booked a "Studio with Balcony" for my stay, but upon check-in, I was assigned a standard room without a balcony. The front desk acknowledged the mistake but informed me that the hotel was fully booked, leaving them unable to provide the room type I actually paid for. It is very disappointing to pay a premium for a specific room and not receive it. I highly recommend future guests double-check their room allocation immediately upon arrival to ensure they get what they booked.

1. Early check-in is not allowed unless an additional fee is paid. 2. I was moved to three different rooms, but none of them were satisfactory: · First room: The toilet kept running constantly, and neither the shower gel nor the hand soap was usable. · Second room: The refrigerator made a persistent, annoying noise. · Third room: There was a strange insect (which I had never seen before) crawling on the table. 3. The room had almost no amenities provided — not even a box of tissues.
