I specifically booked a "Studio with Balcony" for my stay, but upon check-in, I was assigned a standard room without a balcony. The front desk acknowledged the mistake but informed me that the hotel was fully booked, leaving them unable to provide the room type I actually paid for. It is very disappointing to pay a premium for a specific room and not receive it. I highly recommend future guests double-check their room allocation immediately upon arrival to ensure they get what they booked.

1. Early check-in is not allowed unless an additional fee is paid. 2. I was moved to three different rooms, but none of them were satisfactory: · First room: The toilet kept running constantly, and neither the shower gel nor the hand soap was usable. · Second room: The refrigerator made a persistent, annoying noise. · Third room: There was a strange insect (which I had never seen before) crawling on the table. 3. The room had almost no amenities provided — not even a box of tissues.

The check in was friendly and simple, the room clean. A few suggestions - a few teabags and coffee pods, milk and sugar would have been nice to have in the room on arrival (something we always find in Australia in hotels/motels/Airbnb). We were on the ground floor and enjoyed opening the door for fresh air, found though we could not leave it open overnight as there was no security screen/lock to leave the door slightly ajar. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a wide variety of options for a good price. Thank you.
