The breakfast was excellent, the cleanliness was great, and the restaurant chef was fantastic in the evening, but the shortcomings were worse; they kept me waiting at reception for over an hour, there was no special welcome at all, I paid 1600 Euros for two rooms in this hotel for two nights, and the staff were completely indifferent. They didn't even offer water while I waited, they gave me a 21 square meter room instead of a 30 square meter one, they didn't give me a complimentary drink, I asked for slippers three times and they didn't bring them, I asked for water and they didn't bring it. I said I was paying for it, please, I just want water, but it didn't come. I say for cleaning room two time after clean, I think it's a terrible hotel management. Yes, I understand it's a crowded hotel and right next to the exhibition center, but the the staff are not enahouth in my opinion... sad. It doesn't live up to the Accor group's standards. I hope this is just a coincidence.

This is now the second time I’ve had a completely unacceptable experience with this hotel, and it reflects a serious level of incompetence and disregard for basic business practices. Despite explicitly requesting the invoice at check-in and again at check-out, it was never sent. It is not in my inbox, nor in spam or junk folders. Meanwhile, my corporate credit card has already been charged in full. This is not just inconvenient—it is completely unprofessional. I cannot reconcile or process this expense without proper documentation, which should be standard procedure for any hotel, especially when dealing with business travelers. What makes this even worse is that this is a repeat issue. During my previous stay, the hotel failed to provide the room category that was booked, yet still charged the full amount for it. On top of that, no invoice was sent then either. This pattern shows a clear lack of organization, accountability, and basic operational competence. Charging customers without providing proper billing documentation—especially after being reminded multiple times—is unacceptable. I strongly advise business travelers in particular to avoid this hotel. If you rely on accurate billing and professional service, this place will let you down.

Sollten Sie die Rechnung dennoch nicht erhalten haben, bitte ich Sie, sich direkt an mich zu wenden, damit ich dies umgehend für Sie klären kann: ta… Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass alle Unterlagen korrekt bei Ihnen ankommen, damit Sie Ihre geschäftlichen Abläufe problemlos fortsetzen können.
