Everything was fine, restaurant staff lunch and breakfast were really professional and organised and smiling. Reception has to improve their customer service skills, Mr. Sebastian didn’t even tried to smile once or have a small talk, not even giving basic information about the hotel and area, kindly train this guy how to be a receptionist. He also did not pick up the phone for 1,5 hours, unacceptable and embarrassing.
