I needed a place to stay for a last minute flight, and luckily Mövenpick was free. Very accommodating for a native English speaker, and the room was just great. Not to mention the location was fantastic! If I ever have another flight through Stuttgart, I will definitely be staying with Mövenpick again.

I attended a workshop organized at the conference centre of the hotel. The hotel is located just opposite to the Airport terminal in 100m walking distance which is very interesting for boarding a flight very early in the morning.The hotel offers all services you expect from a hotel of this class : fitness area, bar, lounge, restaurant, big rooms, ....The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a very big choice for all tastes. Even for a check-out very early in the morning, you have a small choice of fresh food. The restaurant has a seasonal menu. It's a nice alternative for dinner or lunch instead of heading for the city centre.

Room was very nice, especially the shower. Staff spoke very good English and were friendly and approachable. Food in the restaurant was exquisite. Tantalising menu.

A favorite when traveling through Stuttgart. The check-out process was strange -- we had additional room charges, and those had to be settled during check-out, rather than automatically being added to our bill.

so many staff training The cook gave my egg away to a person who ordered after me,,, also the check in took ages... i ordered a sleep room and you assigned me a room facing the sirport 4145 very noisy

Your hotel is simply GREAT, I have enjoyed my stay. I can rate only what I used , SPA and restaurant were excluded because I did not have enough time to try everything. + The location can not be better - just few steps from the airport and the Busstation (Flixbus etc.)/ Nice, spacious and elegant room and bathroom with attention to details - I enjoyed the atmosphere with the lights on/ Tea and coffee facilities/Professional staff - I would give you 10 out of 10 just there are some details that could be improved - the toilet was clean but not 100% clean/ if you walk from the airport (1st floor) across the "bridge" you do not see the name of the hotel and my last point is that I would definitively lower the prices of your minibar. To sum up, I would be pleased if I could stay in your hotel again.

Bar was not open. Restaurant needed reservation (in an airport hotel ...); breakfast was open until 9.30 and this wasn't mentioned at check-in. Apparently all because of Christmas day and day after for people not staying in the hotel ...

We regret that we were unable to meet all your expectations during your stay and we apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the lower season during Christmas time, our bar was indeed closed. As an alternative, we were happy to serve you in our lounge next to the restaurant. As our Trollinger restaurant is well-known and very popular in our region, we are happy that a lot of non-hotel guests like to visit us on a regular basis, not only during Christmas time. We are very sorry that we did not inform you accordingly about the changed opening hours. Of course, we always try to keep open some spots in the restaurant for our hotel guests, but sometimes a certain waiting time can occur. We are a bit surprised on your comment as our records show that you had dinner and we hope that you and your family still had a nice time and enjoyed your Christmas time. Receptionists are always friendly, always helpful & present a welcoming appearance. The hotel is so nice & in a great location especially for easy travel. My room every stay is beautiful & was even more so this time. A luxurious room that is so reasonably priced. I have always enjoyed the restaurant. It is always a pleasure to stay at your hotel.

I find it very interesting that your staff always asks if I’ve ever stayed at your hotel. After 10 years & multiple visits with you, this question gives me a clear impression that you really don’t have in-depth customer analytics system. Perhaps you can rethink your customer interface strategy and bring your capabilities into the 20th Century. You are clearly lagging behind in the digital age. I hope this feedback gives you better perspective.

Based on convienence and access to airport, I would recommend staying to Stuttgart travelers. Reception was fast & professional, room was comfortable although difficulty sleeping on bed/pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Quality service from staff. Room was great and had all necessary essentials. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel was so close to the airport. It was a three minute walk to the terminal and made our flight back to Munich so easy.

- my early (but upfront ordered) check-in lasted about 13 minutes due to a "slow system"?, got some chocolate as compensation - water in shower was varying between very hot or very cold, very annoying - no shower gel or any other soap was available in the room (which I unfortunately only discovered while standing under the shower) To the credit of the hotel, they waived away my early check-in rate because of those shortcomings. Food and drinks were very good so bottom line, my first customer experience with the Mövenpick hotel in Stuttgart was not entirely what I could call a home run...
