Not even enough pillows at reception. Price is high and plus we’ve gotta pay for the parking. We stay today at Hampton for same price including a good breakfast. I used to stay here in all my business visits but not anymore.

Dear Mr. H., thank you very much for your feedback. We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the value for money and the availability of pillows. At our reception, we have a specific stock of pillows. It sometimes occurs that several guests request a pillow, which can quickly deplete our stock. We ask for your patience in case the stock may be temporarily exhausted. Regarding the price, we were able to determine that your average price was €66 per night. This price corresponds to the economy class and is still well within the limits of this category. Our hotel is located near the airport, which makes the parking situation somewhat challenging. Good position for travellers with private parking

Have used this hotel several times without major issue. The only pain in the arse is the parking. Up to last year this was always done direct with the hotel. No issues with this. Last year they brought in a webbased group called parcandi. So this year I started a reservation with parcandi whilst still a 4 hours away from the hotel showing only 5 spaces available. Gets to the hotel To be told nothing to do with them anymore that will be €13 thank you to the hotel. There’s still parcandi signage at the hotel on accessing the parking facility. A day or so later parcandi started chasing me for €13, with no way to contact them to dispute it wasn’t worth my time to argue but it just left a bad taste to be caught out like this, bit of clarity would have been appreciated prior to arrival on the current parking setup.

We used it just for overnight stay, but rooms are clean, they have everything you want, big enough for suitcases and working and bathroom has everything you need.

We stayed for one night, it was easy to locate the hotel from the tram station. 7 mins walk. Good customer service. Clean room and very quiet environment to help relax after a long haul flight. Close by is bakery and multiple supermarkets.
