No remote control for the TV, one side table for the bed missing, towels of surely 20 years old or of such poor quality, holes in towels, scaffolding right against the window, in one word: horrible experience and completely unacceptable!

Most of the staff I engaged was pleasant. The junior suite I booked seemed a bit overpriced and the AC didnt work.
