I had a fantastic stay at the Pullman. The rooms are modern, and the service is great, especially the bar team, who are wonderful. The gym and spa are nice places to relax after a long day. There are two minor points, though. The rooms are a bit too warm, and there is no real AC. You can open the windows, but the whole hotel could be a bit cooler. Also, there are still some issues with the elevators not working properly.

Excellent stay overall! The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a minor issue with the elevators, but it was a technical problem and didn’t affact our experience.

The staff is very kind, however the room had a smell and 2 out of 3 elevators were out of order.

Overall very good. Only two negatives - one, room service did not always replenish coffee, tissue, or soap. Two, windows in the room would not open completely.

I would say the hotel is great, staff is courteous and services are great. Two things to point for improvement and the first one is lifts. Ive stayed in this hotel last year in August 2025 and one of the three lifts were being fixed/not working. To my surprise this lift was not working this time as well. Which really affects the guest as in busy hours you can wait for the lift even for 5 minutes. Lifts are also use for house keeping, so if there is housekeeping staff with these big trolleys you wont fit and have to wait again. And steam room, works but its not very hot, actually is hot but you have to stand on the seat, if you seat you are cold. 😉
