Poor performance from the hotel in general in respect to the price. Soap dispenser in bathroom at the hotel room not working. Male restrooms in basement 2 out of five defect. Food performance at the gala diner: newer seen anything like this. Bad prepared, poor served, close to disgusting. Not acceptable for that price. Only positive: 3 out of 3 elevators available. It is definitely the last time we personally booked at this hotel, despite we have booked for a conference participation the last 5 years.
