Clean hotel, in a quiet area. Reservation staff and reception staff - very friendly and proffessional. Breakfast and Bar service - not friendly at all, rather having an "attitude" which was not necessary with non-German customers.

I have stayed in many pullmans and this one was unfortunately not to the standard I have experienced. The pool was cold even though I was told it was warm. The rooms were also cold. A very small heater to warm our room. Quite dark and dingy. With a small child it was quite bad. The breakfast was also not to the standard I have experienced with Pullman. I will not return to this one again.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the location of the room, close to the railtracks was not. The room was too hot. But, we could not open the windows because of the constant noise of the trains. If we had been staying for more than two nights, I would have asked for a change of rooms. My mother and brother, whose rooms were located on the other side of the hotel, had a better experience. Last, our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made during our short stay. That is not a big issue for us, but it is something for you to take note of.

We have been staying at this hotel a couple of times and it was good. This time we had some surprises: - the room was ordered for 2+1, but the extra bed was not ready when we arrived and it was not easy to explain as the lady seemed to only speak Russian - at the restaurant we received some dirty salad (still mud on it) and when we told it to the staff they did not react, nor apologize. Later, we had ordered a dessert for our daughter....but it never arrived (the restaurant was far from being full)

we were on a weekend to celebrate my boyfrien's birthday, we got a really nice room on the highest floor and even a little cake in the room with a card, we really appreciated it. The spa was really cool even though it is not written in the description that a entire area was textile free which can be inconvenient when you're a foreigner and not expecting it.
