During a 22-day stay, a guest endured extreme irritation and disappointment due to the hotel's chronically malfunctioning elevators. Residing on the 13th floor, the guest was frequently forced to use treacherous and unsafe outdoor metal stairs, which was particularly maddening and unnerving for someone who dislikes heights. The repetitive climbs after long workdays were described as ridiculous and infuriating. While the guest lauded the staff for their amazing service amidst these horrific working conditions, they expressed severe disappointment in the hotel's management and the Accor group. The situation, where at best only one of three elevators was functional before it too would fail, was deemed completely unacceptable. The guest firmly believes that management prioritized occupancy over safety and should have closed the hotel until the elevators were fully repaired. This appalling experience was a stark contrast to a wonderful stay in 2023, and as a result, the guest is now forced to reconsider future accommodations with the chain. They strongly recommended a raise for the staff, who had to bear the burden of management's profound inability to maintain the property's essential equipment.

Well located, comfortable stay, room with living room. Breakfast very nice, everyone can find something to eat the amount and quality of food was excellent. Due there is no Croatian Tv channel and no way to connect TV with Netflix app because the TV is not connected with Hotel wifi. the Bar Cin cin has great staff very nice and polite. The restaurant is "Italian" why not covered with some traditional Schwaebischen specialiteten. Maultaschen soup or Spazle. All in one great stay.

Breakfast staff are amazing and remembered I am gluten free on my second morning. My room was not stocked with water on arrival, and it was also cold so I had to get slippers from reception.

Stayed a total 6 nights. No complaints other than poor elevators. Noisy and one was broken the whole time.

I emailed the hotel after booking online requesting my rate be changed to the government rate, but my request was ignored. When I spoke to the front desk the day before I checked out, the customer service representative assured me I had the government rate and that the breakfast fee would not show as a sperate expense on the invoice. The invoice I was given the next morning when I checked out did not reflect the government rate and the very overpriced breakfast fees were listed separately. The customer service representative refused to process a refund and correct the rate. I emailed the hotel after booking online requesting my rate be changed to the government rate, but my request was ignored. When I spoke to the front desk the day before I checked out, the customer service representative assured me I had the government rate and that the breakfast fee would not show as a sperate expense on the invoice. The invoice I was given the next morning when I checked out did not reflect the government rate and the [very overpriced] breakfast fees were listed separately. The customer service representative refused to process a refund and correct the rate. No elevators were operational and hotel did NOT provide advance notice of this. Hotel employees did not offer to assist with luggage, so I was forced to carry a very heavy suitcase up 4 flights of exterior stairs. When I got to my room, the key did not work. There was no phone in the hall to call the front desk so a very nice guest offered to call from his room, but the front desk did not answer the phone after many attempts and I was forced to walk all the way back down to the front desk. There was very loud construction noise during the day. The refrigerator had old open beverages still in it. Only one coffee cup provided, and it was dirty. The ventilation fan rattled very loudly. The toilet ran constantly and the housekeeper that was sent to look at it just shrugged her shoulders and walked out. I left a day early due to the issues. I will never stay at another All Accor property again and will ensure none of my coworkers stay at the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana.
