the room was not clean, also in the bathroom there was dirt and dust. The carpet is a scandal, old, dirty, really awful. Overall, the hotel made a run-down impression.

It’s well located in Vaihingen; public transport is just right in front of the hotel - only 15-18 minutes to Stuttgart city center. The reception staff were extremely helpful especially the reservation manager very understanding and willing to cancel my last night due to our last minute change of plans. I can’t thank enough for her help. Hat off! The room is comfortable, however, the bathroom is extremely small though my room was supposed to be an executive room. I’d still recommend this hotel to anyone who’s visiting Stuttgart.

- Room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities such as mini fridge & water boiler, which are important when you're traveling with a young kid. Only thing was the room felt very warm. I tried turning on the AC but it was blowing warm air so we had to sleep by opening the window. Thankfully the noise was bearable, but perhaps this was also due to the fact that it was Easter break - Staff prepared a small bed for our daughter and we appreciated that - WiFi worked well at least for some casual browsing - Bathroom was also good and had everything we needed - Just remembered that we weren't offered welcome drink, which I suppose should've been offered to Silver member. Not a deal breaker, but just a note for the future
