We have been staying at this hotel a couple of times and it was good. This time we had some surprises: - the room was ordered for 2+1, but the extra bed was not ready when we arrived and it was not easy to explain as the lady seemed to only speak Russian - at the restaurant we received some dirty salad (still mud on it) and when we told it to the staff they did not react, nor apologize. Later, we had ordered a dessert for our daughter....but it never arrived (the restaurant was far from being full)

we were on a weekend to celebrate my boyfrien's birthday, we got a really nice room on the highest floor and even a little cake in the room with a card, we really appreciated it. The spa was really cool even though it is not written in the description that a entire area was textile free which can be inconvenient when you're a foreigner and not expecting it.

This could be a great hotel. It's just let down with small things such as terrible bar options / cold water in the pools / Disney World crazy breakfast and slow check-in. The bar is fully stocked, but the staff can't offer anything off-menu and I'm not talking anything difficult. The wine selection is terrible - you're a French hotel chain - where are the French wines? You get better selections at a 3* Ibis - very very very disapointing.
