Pullman is great as always but unfortunately during this visit the three elevators were broken almost everyday of my stay. Over the five days they would be fixed for short durations. On one day they were sadi to be working but would close. The front desk clerk told us he had to push the door after it closed to keep it shut. He did that and the elevator moved about a foot then stopped. We were stuck. Nothing would open. After kicking the door from inside and prying a bit we were able to get the doors to open and make our way out. I didn't trust them the reminder of the trip. I appreciate the front desk waving my parking fee for the elevator inconvenience, even though my company pays it, so it didn't satisfy me that much.

Love the hotel and the staff is top-notch! Broken elevators are sad, especially on the 10th FL. Scaffolding stairs in the rain is not pleasant. I would recommend eating some profit and closing the hotel's upper floors above 3 or 4.

Terrible internet. Elevators were always breaking, talked with someone who stayed there 6 months previously and they said “the elevators are still a problem!?” Staff was great until you asked about the elevators.

Arrived on day one of a four night stay and two of the three elevators were broken. Had to wait 15 minutes to go upstairs and another 15 minutes to come back down. On day two the third elevator broke. Had to walk up and down 12 flight of stairs outside in the cold rain for the remaining days of my stay. Not once did the staff offer any apology or any compensation. Absolutely unacceptable service from a supposed four star hotel.

I like the hotel. But upon arrival 2 out of 3 elevators didn't work, so long waiting times. Even worse, we had to leave at 6am and found out that none of the elevators worked. No communication from the hotel and signs it was not allowed to use the emergency exit!!! We had to walk down 5 floors via the external stairs. Scary. The employees at the reception were bored and only said sorry. What a dissapointing experience.
