I was there all week (16-21 Feb) and two of the three elevators were broken the entire time. Frustrating waits especially since I was placed on the 11th floor. Everything else was great...

Clean hotel, in a quiet area. Reservation staff and reception staff - very friendly and proffessional. Breakfast and Bar service - not friendly at all, rather having an "attitude" which was not necessary with non-German customers.

I have stayed in many pullmans and this one was unfortunately not to the standard I have experienced. The pool was cold even though I was told it was warm. The rooms were also cold. A very small heater to warm our room. Quite dark and dingy. With a small child it was quite bad. The breakfast was also not to the standard I have experienced with Pullman. I will not return to this one again.
