We stayed during the heatwave and the aircon worked well for us during this period. Staff are very friendly and helpful as we arrived very late at night. Fantastic hotel to stay at for families and very easy to use as a base to get around Stuttgart due to having the S-Bahn and U-Bahn within less than 5-10mins depending on the direction you want to go. It’s also nice as it was not in the heart of the city so easy to navigate if you rent a car.

The hotel is well located and the room was clean and presentable, although there was no coffee or tea provided (which we didn’t need), and I rated it 8 stars because the staff member at the counter during our around 10:15am checkout was not very friendly. Also having lived in Germany before, I noticed the difference in how people of colour can sometimes be treated, which I felt. Overall the rest of our stay was enjoyable.

Great location. Nice to have coffee in the morning. Disappointing the air conditioning was not on in the hotel. It was very hot in Stuttgart May 25. Over 30 degrees Celsius.

Bad and pillow was a nightmare, could not sleep at all. At 5 am someone across the hall started to make noise for 30 min or more - beliewe it was STAFF since there was a door with the name. You can also hear all doors closing, etc.

excellent staff, excellent breakfast, spotless room and bathroom, spacious shower, comfy beds, very quiet location, quiet ventilation, walking distance to S-bahn, REWE store, Treiber bakery, 15 minutes to Hautbahnhof/Central station, 10minutes to airport. only downside : only one welcome drink though I paid for two guest.
