The noise in the room was unbearable and there wasn’t even a glass in the bathroom… I’ve had better experiences in hotels of this ranking.

The room is ok, has all what I need. It was not too noisy although it is next to a train station. The breakfast was also ok, although one morning I found it was very crowded.

excellent staff, excellent breakfast, spotless room and bathroom, spacious shower, comfy beds, very quiet location, quiet ventilation, walking distance to S-bahn, REWE store, Treiber bakery, 15 minutes to Hautbahnhof/Central station, 10minutes to airport. only downside : only one welcome drink though I paid for two guest.
