Also this time I had issue with the payment. You asked me more money compared with what you wrote in the email reservation. I discovered this when I was in the room and this means that I lost my time to go again in the reception, show the email, and ask the refound. Another topic is that you haven't nothing to eat for dinner, this means that I was forced to find a restaurant outside the hotel every single evening.

Everything went very well. The free coffee (excellent machine!) was a nice touch. The only thing, which cannot be fixed by the personnel, is the way the building was constructed, with those ugly corridors. Maybe a bit of art on the walls would improve the feeling, a bit.

Hi, stay was decent. Water pressure in shower was low, nearly all news and info channels on TV not available (DW, cnn, euronews...). Only one radio channel (Klassik Radio) offered, no public radio stations at all (SWR, BR, HR...). What is all available at "the niu" on the other side of the road.

Room ok, late Check-in not professional

Room has been ok with the exception, that there were only 2 Kleenex left and the sink drain had been clogged at check-in. Both issues have been sorted the next day. The larger problem is, that at my (late) check-in time the person at the desk did not know how to operate the IBIS system at all. He could not tell me, wether or not my rate included breakfast or not (which I ususally do not select, but which had been in my companies package before). So I had to get up earlier, because I would have taken breakfast, if it would have been paid before. It wasn't.
