I recently stayed at one of your hotel Stuttgart Messe near the airport with my family for 2 nights, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, the temperature during our stay was around 31°C (88°F), and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. This made the room unbearably hot, and neither my children nor I could sleep throughout the night. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I called the reception around 3 AM, but no one answered the phone. Frustrated, I went down to the reception desk myself, only to find a sign stating "will be back soon." It appeared that the receptionist had gone for a nap, as I waited for 30 minutes, and no one showed up. The next morning, I reported the problem to the reception staff. Their response was shockingly casual, with a mere "oh, ok," and not even an apology. I requested to change rooms, hoping for a better experience, but the new room was even worse. The air conditioning issue persisted, and once again, we couldn't sleep for the second night. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and care from the staff, combined with the unbearable heat and malfunctioning air conditioning, made our stay extremely unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Our experience was terrible, and it felt like the staff couldn't care less about our discomfort. Of of your members Imran S.

Dear Mr. S., I am sorry that you were unable to have a restful night, and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused. Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. I would also like to offer my sincere apologies for the behaviour of the colleagues. That is unacceptable and below our standards. Please rest assured that I will look into this and take steps. Great experience, hotel staff were amazing with fantastic breakfast buffet! Iza Mikaberide on reception was extremely helpful and even shared her personal phone charger 👌 would definitely come again. Room was very clean and comfortable, housekeeping lady also very polite and friendly.

Never have i stayed in a hotel where three times they’re knocking on the door from 8am constantly harassing me. No do not disturb signs and just barging in even when the door is double locked. We returned at 1am after the football match yet they’re banging on the door at 8am!!! ridiculous when you can’t check into the room until 3pm!!!!

Was ok, rooms clean, service to be improved. Requested conditioner and lotion several times at the reception, never received it all other amenities have been empty for two days, refilled after addressing this to the receptionist. Koffer and Tee the same, once gone not refilled….
