Good stay. It is possible to open window in the room and let the fresh air in! Very good breakfast. One of two elevators didn't work. The stuff didn't notice until my colleague didn't report.

Stayed at this hotel again it has improved but still not quite right the positive,s were the staff were excellent polite and welcoming also the price of a pint of beer has dropped by one euro to 9euros a pint ( still think it is to dear) the rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable now the negatives the shower base is like an ice ring when wet suggest a non slip matt for the shower base also I have mentioned this before as I was first down 6-15 for breakfast I had scrambled eggs- sausage and garlic pate the eggs and sausage were cold and the garlic pate had ice on it another person said the same to me and waited for the refills when he tasted it it was cold.Can any one tell me is this the norm in this hotel.Overall the hotel has improved except for the breakfast.May I ask why there is no evening meal offered when a coach party arrives is it the travel firms fault if it is I apologise

I spent 4 nights at the Mercure hotel The hotel made my first trip to Stuttgart very nice Staff were welcoming and happy to help. Ivy at the front desk was extremely supportive of me and my challenges The house keeping Staff went over and above the duty of call to make me comfortable I've gave me her Samsung charger to use for the duration of my stay

The hotel is well located with a big covered parking space. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was rich and delicious! There is a nice restaurant in the hotel so you can have a good dinner without leaving the hotel.
