I often stay at the Mercure Hotel Sindelfingen; everything is perfect except the pillows. Perhaps it is time to purchase some firmer pillows.

Ok, but impersonal and with not-so-nice suprises

Stuttgart Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

The stay was almost a week dor visits around Stuttgart. The 2 rooms were large and well phonic isolated. Good and welcoming breakfast. On the suprises side, the bed mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, I had unpleasant surprise with the deposit blocked from my card for almost 1000 euro without properly informing me in advance. I'm surprised about such practice in this hotel since it never happened to me until now (I'm gold member with accor+ voyageur subscription). The suprises don't finish here: at the checkout I was charged with 100 more euros than the family price from the app were I booked the rooms well in advance. And the cherry on the top, the deposit was not unblocked even after my explicit demand. It is left to expire in a month.

the bed could have been softer for me. parking and electricity for my car could have been cheaper and are too high.

The hotel was generally very good except 3 stuffs. Breakfast a little bit expensive, Parking too and no free charge possibilities for a Electric car. You pay the load.
