The Mercure Hotel had a great breakfast and accommodations for our family. The price was not too expensive, and the customer service was outstanding!

I stayed 13 nights as this hotel was close to family. Pool and sauna facilities were clean and well maintained. Service for your room every 3 or 4 days was not often enough. Advertised as a "high quality bed with a comfortable sofa". Not as described. Queen bed was very firm and uncomfortable and sofa was the same. No A/C even tho room described as having available. No pen or paper in room. Laundry service VERY expensive. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Always a very strong scent in the lobby.

A colleague of mine and me have been two nights at Mercure. we had planed to have breakfast the first morning but not the second as we departured very early before breakfast time. he booked two days breakfast and I booked no breakfast. So in total we booked two breakfast. At the Hotel we said that due to booking restrictions we could not book one night breakfast and one night without and that we would liek to take the second breakfast on the first day for me. Hotel has not been flexible despite they got paid for two breakfast and charged me for a third breakfast. We used to be frequent visitors of the hotel and I encourage my team to be at Mercure when they travel, but now I have to think for an alternative as for me the inflexibility was unreasonable.
