Hotel needs reburbishing

Although there were many rooms available, we had to pay 15 euros for early check in. This is yet another way that hotels generate hidden income (as well as any other businesses these days). Next time I am comparing hotels, I will add 15E to Accor prices. Very dissatisfied, not because of money but lack of transparency and loss of trust.

What I like the most is its location. What was disappointing is that, when I got to it at around 12:00 from a long night flight, was asked for 15€ for an "early check-in". Very disappointing,

Goood location, quiert room, Receptions (man) at arrival unfriendly. During stay and departure (women) better. Pillows not as we know it from other IBIS hoteks (e.g. Basel), not fluffy, only 1 per person)

Very small rooms, no Tea or Coffee service in room. Breakfast has no Toaster so cannot have any hot Bread , no vegetarian options other than cereals and cold dishes.No Hot Vegetarian options. In Cold weather one wishes to have warm food.

Location is good. But hotel facilities are not the best. Bed was never cleaned properly. There were always particles left over which would cause itching in the body. Rooms should be provided with basic facilities like spoon, cup, plate and kettle to heat water. Chair without a cushion is very ordinary.
