Pros: 1. With swimming pool that you don't need to book and you can swim as long as you like in the opening hours 2. The staff are really nice. Cons: 1. Very limited choice of TV programmes. 2 Sometimes no towels in the Gym. 3. Toilet rolls are not accessible 4. Water temperature in the shower fluctuates 5. The room was not very clean actually the table was dirty when we first stepped in. 6. The duvet quality is inconsistent. 7. We ordered two rooms for our family of four. We confirmed in the reception the rooms were next to each other but they were actually not. There's a room in between. 8. Limited choice for breakfast. Always melons and pineapples in the yoghurt part.

Not as I’d hoped. I’ve stayed with you several times over the years but this was a disappointment. Poor lighting in room- impossible to do paperwork at the desk. Very noisy being so close to the lifts and ongoing noise throughout the night….generator? Confusion as to whether I’d been served gluten free food or not (I’m coeliac) and the food was cold. Poorly fitting bed sheet rolled down the bed during the night. Random open or closed gate from car park to street. One bonus was the provision of carafes and water stations- thank you for that! Sadly I will be hard pressed to stay with you again.

Booked 3 rooms for our family (4 adults, 3 children). Reception staff were quite unfriendly, unprofessional and seemed to have no idea about the details of our booking (that we'd already part paid, we'd booked an interconnecting room for our children, and that it was a special occasion) and therefore said there was nothing they could do. Despite showing our email confirmation. Every felt like too much hassle, even asking to leave some small bags while we explored Cardiff before we could check in after 3pm. The pool was supposed to be a highlight but both the pool and changing areas were filthy. The rooms were very tired and dirty. Beds stained and uncomfortable. One of the rooms had a terrible sewage smell which we reported to Reception staff but they did nothing about. The restaurant was very underwhelming and overpriced and food quality was terrible. Overall, a disappointing stay and we won't be returning. Suggest some serious investment is made in the premises and staff.
