The safety deposit vault did not work, there was no laundry service which was advertised, water cooler was dirty, the towels need to be replaced, no telephone in the room, no taxis would come to the property, was a sad experience. However, the dining room was nice, great staff, good food and very nice ambience. One lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. There is an Uber call machine in front which doesn’t work.
