The service and the atmosphere in The Customs Shed is really great - nice evening vibe but also great for breakfast before a long day. Anthony and his team made me feel so welcome the first time I came to Cardiff on business, that I make a point of staying here every month.

It was an excellent stay! The pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna and the gym are amazing!!! The location very convenient to go into Cardiff center and Cardiff bay. The staff very kind and helpful!!! Megan, Mary and Anthony thank you very much for everything!!!

Fantastic overnight stay Really helpful staff Easy room change (ask for even numbered room - overlooking carpark /great city views to avoid road noise) Really comfy mattress on huge bed Even sofa bed was softy and bouncy Clean travel cot - no blanket provided though, only a sheet. No extra mattress so quite hard - didn't affect my toddler though Good spa facilities No restrictions on time children can swim

Very quiet room with lots of space and a nice view out towards bay in the distance, reception were great, Vitus was really friendly and helpful with parking queries. A short walk to centre of Cardiff about ten mins. A perfect location and great parking. Didn’t use pool but is it there.
