Excellent helpful staff and great customer focus. Our room was a quite one as requested and the hotel in very convenient location. We have stayed in this hotel at the same time of year for the past 3 years and plan to do so again in 2026. If I had to be picky both my wife and I find the electric lighting in the rooms rather dismal. We really like the eco theme concerning change of towels and the cleaning of rooms being opt in rather than opt out. All in all top marks. Prior to arriving in Bayreuth we spent 2 nights at the Ibis in the Bahnhofstraße in Heilbronn. As we have not been asked for a review I’d like to comment that we found things there of the same high standard. All the staff were amazingly helpful and 10/10. As with the Bayreuth hotel we have stayed there there for the past 3 years and plan to do so again in 2026.

The location was so nice and we were easily able to access the city central. We chose a connecting room and that was very large to stay for us, and what we have to say about our stay was that there were some cute and great gift in our room from the Hotel staffs!!
