Bed was ok - a bit too hard but i've experienced worse. Nice modern property. The rooms are just a bit dark and depressing with small windows.

Wieder einmal hat es mich nach Bayreuth geführt und ich habe eine Woche im ibis Styles verbracht. Auch bei diesem Aufenthalt hat das komplette Team um Herrn Hußmann seine exzellenten Gastgeberfähigkeiten unter Beweis gestellt. Ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das eingespielte Team ließ es an keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit mangeln und erfüllte kleine Bitten und Wünsche mit Menschlichkeit und Feingefühl. An Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Hotel gab es auch bei diesem Aufenthalt wie bei allen anderen zuvor nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ebenfalls, wie gewohnt, sehr umfangreich und das Team sehr aufmerksam, sobald eine Zutat vergriffen war wurde umgehend aufgefüllt. Das Angebot an der rund um die Uhr geöffneten Bar bietet eine große Auswahl und die bei einem meiner letzten Aufenthalte bereits eingeführten Snacks werden weiterhin angeboten, ein Angebot, das ich sehr gerne genutzt habe. Eine Neuerung, eine kleine Tauschbibliothek, welche ich bislang in noch keinem Hotel gesehen habe, habe ich sehr positiv aufgenommen und werde zu meinem nächsten Aufenthalt auch ein paar Bücher mitbringen. Abschließend möchte ich mich noch einmal beim gesamten Team für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken freue mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im Ibis Bayreuth.

Basic hotel, no extras. Kind and efficient staff. Nothing in the room (safe, water kettle, iron or wardrobe), ok for 1 night stay. No restaurant, just breakfast

The transportation is convenient and fast, and the hotel is right next to the train station, only a 12 minute walk from the main street of the old city. On the other side of the station is AIDI supermarket, and there are also many restaurants around the hotel.
