The ibis Bamberg old Town has 50 AC rooms with a lot of comfort and is only 200 metres from city centre. In our hotel you can go online free of charge via Wi-Fi whenever you want. This hotel is just not up to par. Everything is broken and it needs to complete renovation. I talked to the staff about it and they are very nice and they seem to understand everything breaks so they just keep saying oh it’s just old well when things get old, they need renovating. Everything broken, including the toilet the door, lock the air conditioner, which is basically existent before I left and therefore they know it. No one made my bed the last day. I made it. Yesterday I waited because they were on break and my key wouldn’t open. This had already happened before. Therefore, I left the key at the front desk so that it would not touch my phone. However, it still work and front desk clerk tried it and it didn’t work for her either and she said that the battery in the door was broken didn’t know that doors have batteries . The toilet has broken and she has come and fix that maintenance man tried to fix the air conditioning, but that didn’t work.. The staff was very nice but they take frequent breaks and they just put up a sign saying that they’re coming back and we have no idea when Excellent location Very below standards! The breakfast was goid Okay there is actually very ambience so it’s a difficult question to answer

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. During my night stay here, the toilet broke, the air conditioner broke, and it’s really not an air conditioner. It’s just sort of like venting system. The door broke several times and finally they had to replace a battery in the door. The staff employees at the reception desk are very nice. they have really tried to help but the hotel is just extremely old and everything is broken. Today I came and tried to get my card key and I’ve been leaving the card key at the front desk it’s the old kind and if it touches the cell phone then it won’t work. No one was at the front desk for 15 minutes. Finally someone came and the card still didn’t work because the battery in the door had to be replaced. I didn’t even know doors had batteries. I cannot stress enough how hard the employees are trying, but the hotel is just not up to standards.
