We completely understand how frustrating and stressful such a situation can be, especially at that time of day and when you had not been informed in advance. In the morning around 8:30 AM, there was no water at all in the bathroom. I called the reception, and they told me there is a maintenance and it could take 2 hours without water. I was not not informed beforehand about that, and I asked if someone can bring me e.g. two Liters water (since I was in the bathroom and I really needed water) but the reception said no, they do not offer this. It is completely not acceptable for me that the water is cut in a hotel in the morning without any previous notice! It was a very bad experience and stressful in the morning.

Good experience otherwise but the room cleaning was slow and we were unaware that you have to ask for it separately even though we were staying 4 nights. There could be more options for vegans at breakfast for example soy yogurt.

The stay in your hotel is quite comfortable. Unfortunately a limited parking options are big disadvantage. Last time, I have experienced a poor booking service. I have not received any response to my e-mail booking reservation for 30 hours and when I called you land line later and made my reservation via phone, it last approximately 8 minutes. Breakfast, especially fruits is very bad. Hopefully, this feedback helps.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. Train station and town center are in walking distance. The room was what I expected (clean, comfy, quiet). The breakfast buffet (included in my rate) had a good variety of choices. Bonus: outdoor sitting area and free coffee/tea even outside breakfast hours. I had a very pleasant stay and would like to come back.

Zimmer super ausgestattet und hervorragend klimatisiert. Selbst nach einem Tag mit über 30 Grad konnten wir erholt schlafen. Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Auswahl. Wir haben die schöne Terrasse zum frühstücken genutzt und genossen. Personal ausnahmslos freundlich. Bahnhof und Bushaltestellen fußläufig erreichbar, auch in die Innenstadt kann man von hier aus zu Fuß gehen.
