In the morning around 8:30 AM, there was no water at all in the bathroom. I called the reception, and they told me there is a maintenance and it could take 2 hours without water. I was not not informed beforehand about that, and I asked if someone can bring me e.g. two Liters water (since I was in the bathroom and I really needed water) but the reception said no, they do not offer this. It is completely not acceptable for me that the water is cut in a hotel in the morning without any previous notice! It was a very bad experience and stressful in the morning.

We completely understand how frustrating and stressful such a situation can be, especially at that time of day and when you had not been informed in advance. Unfortunately, this was due to urgent maintenance work that could not be announced beforehand. Nevertheless, we should have responded better to your needs and provided a more satisfactory solution. We also regret that we were unable to provide you with water at that moment, as this does not reflect the level of service we strive to offer our guests. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We take your feedback very seriously and will use it as an opportunity to review and improve our internal procedures for handling similar situations in the future.
