We were a professional group booking globally 6 nights in this hotel. One of my colleague that I booked couldn’t join and I tried to cancel the booking 5 hours after having making it. Hotel refused any explanation and charged my private card of the room unilaterally. To allow try to be refunded by our company we asked for changing the invoice and the payer but they refused as well. Result is I will assume personally a business trip of my colleague. Our customer consideration was close to 0 despite strong and polite efforts to make things right…

Dear Antoine, Thank you for giving your point of view. The easiest way to resolve the problem is asking your colleague to provide his credit card. We will be able to credit the payment on your card as soon as we are able to charge his card. We can than of course change the invoice accordingly. The staff was wonderful. We stayed one night and were grateful to be able to extend our stay until 5 p.m. the following day. The air in the room was very dry, however, and there was a slightly strange smell.

The hotel was a great option for a late night arrival to nuremburg , welcoming staff , comfy bed and delicious breakfast with friendly restaurant staff and a very pleasant atmosphere, welcoming us to breakfast sabena was so accomodating at breakfast and made us feel very welcome

I was greeted with extraordinary customer service the front desk staff were very knowledgeable with local attractions and were very accommodating. The Hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb. My sister and I were treated like royalty and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our overall experience. I have to also commend the bar and resteraunt staff for their amazing service and food preparation.
