Very nice service and hospitality let down by awful bed in 1106 (temporary bed). Really disappointing. My back is still painful

Wonderful room and very convenient when flying out of Nürnberg. Only issue to no fault of the hotel was that there was a techno-disco party at the airport and the music went nonstop till 10pm on a Sunday and we had a 6am flight the next morning.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. When I checked in I thought I had left my passport behind, 2hours away. They calmed me down and upgraded me to a lovely suite to take off the sting.
