Checked in for an overnight stay to catch a very early flight the next morning. Staff had great German and English skills, very helpful, no stress at all. Room was good although there was a small mix-up with separated beds instead of the conjoined I ordered, but otherwise everything was great. Good A/C too!

Nice hotel, close to airport so very convenient if arriving late. Service and room were nice but the sink's plug was stuck and so the sink could not be used, and a bulb was out in the bathroom which made it very dark. Would have been nice if the room had been properly checked first.

We were received by a lady who made us feel immediately welcome and took the stress of the arrival out of our journey. It was one of the best check-in experiences I had in a long time. She was absolutely wonderful!!!

Everything was great. The check-in went super fast and easy. The room was beautiful, clean, had a refrigerator and a water cooker with options for tea and coffee. The bathroom had a beautiful bathtub and all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable the checkout in the morning at 4 AM was super easy as well. And you cannot beat the location. You step out of the hotel cross the street, and are at the airport. It also is right next to the underground station, so reaching the hotel from the train station is super easy as well.

The check-in experience was excellent, friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic, clean and comfortable. The friendly staff at the bar/restaurant and breakfast buffet were helpful, and friendly.
