We had an early morning flight and found this hotel to be a wonderful place to stay the night before the flight. I left something important in the room. My family was able to contact the hotel, the items were located, and my family was able to retrieve the items and return them to me safely. Fabulous customer service!!! Thank you ❤️

Dirty room, hasn't been dusted, sicket where the lamp is doesn't work (didn't work my previous stay same room too) mold in bathroom has grown since last visit, older guy at check-in just shrugged his shoulders. The younger guy at check in was lovely.

Dear Libertie, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mövenpick Nuremberg Airport. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mövenpick, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Checked in for an overnight stay to catch a very early flight the next morning. Staff had great German and English skills, very helpful, no stress at all. Room was good although there was a small mix-up with separated beds instead of the conjoined I ordered, but otherwise everything was great. Good A/C too!

Thank you for the great review of our hotel! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again very soon.

Nice hotel, close to airport so very convenient if arriving late. Service and room were nice but the sink's plug was stuck and so the sink could not be used, and a bulb was out in the bathroom which made it very dark. Would have been nice if the room had been properly checked first.

Thank you for the useful hinds, we will take care and hope to see you soon again.

We were received by a lady who made us feel immediately welcome and took the stress of the arrival out of our journey. It was one of the best check-in experiences I had in a long time. She was absolutely wonderful!!!

Thank you for the great review of our hotel! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay especially the check-in experience. We think this is the most important criteria for a hotel as the whole interaction with our guests starts and ends at the reception. We hope to see you again very soon.
