Stayed at this hotel from Sat 13 July for 6 days - Reception staff are always happy to assist - Linda was great and is an asset to the front of house team. My breakfast experience was so great , I’d stayed at this hotel nearly a year ago and met Nia who is a very warm and friendly lady … I walked in a year later and she even remembered my name.. her smile is infectious… and her warmth is something quite special - Please ensure you forward my appreciation to her .
