Areas for Improvement: - The check-in process could benefit from refinement, particularly in accommodating new staff members who are in their learning phase. - A missed welcome drink voucher was a minor oversight, but attention to detail in loyalty benefits like upgrades for gold members could be improved. - Communication regarding services, such as taxi arrangements, needs to be more accurate and reliable, especially during crucial departure times. Suggestions for Future Feedback: - Consistency: Consistent service standards across all facets of the guest experience, from arrival to departure, are key to enhancing overall satisfaction. - Recognition: Enhance the value of loyalty benefits to strengthen the appeal of the loyalty program for returning guests, it can't be that in 3 years I got only a room upgrade once. - Training and Oversight: Implement ongoing training and support for new staff members to ensure a smoother guest experience and minimize operational hiccups. - Communication: Emphasize the importance of clear and precise communication to avoid misunderstandings or oversights, particularly with critical guest services like transportation. Additional Details: My check-in experience was slightly unusual due to the presence of new staff members still in their learning phase. While understandable, I hope to see improvements in their friendliness and respect as they gain experience. The oversight of not receiving a welcome drink voucher was minor. The restaurant staff varied in friendliness across different days, but generally displayed a willingness to assist, which was commendable. As a gold member, the lack of an upgrade questions the value of the loyalty program's benefits. I reported a defect to the operations manager, who promptly addressed my concern to my satisfaction, requiring no further follow-up on my part. During checkout, I requested a taxi - 30 minutes before departure by calling to the reception - this has been forgotten and I was lucky to have my check out done by an experienced team member who managed the situation professionally, arranging transportation with only a 20 minutes delay. I am grateful for her assistance and professionalism, as this situation could have been more problematic without my time tolerance. Despite consistently sharing feedback, it seems I face similar challenges each time.

Check in/out fast and easy. Staff is always friendly and customer focused. Rooms are superb and in good conditions. Housekeeping is doing a great job. Free WiFi is fast and stable enough for HD streaming. Indoor car paring for a good price. The Gym is good for cardio and a bit weight training. As a Accor diamond member I got more than I expected. My first hotel choice in this region! Many thx to all

However I got bitten quite badly by bedbugs and would suggest you fumigate the mattress in room 117
