Not Happy. Lost my earbuds

I have missed packing my earbud from room. While asked on return, the straight answer was "nothing found". Reception staff took to room to check but that doesn't help. I could not find mine. Room number 303. Check out by 14th November morning. I even asked to check with housekeeping, but the reply was "they left already and cannot check". I have not used by the day and not able to find out. I have considered as "missed". But never expected this from Accor group.

1- Breakfast not upto mark. I'm a Silver member of Accor, breakfast of other IBIS hotels are far better. Very limited options. 2- Hotel must look into the profile & accordingly issue voucher of welcome drink of their own rather than asking for it.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station, and it is also in walking distance from the city center. My room was good although smallish. No noise from outside, but no insulation from noises from other rooms or from the corridor. Breakfast was good, with choices available. Staff was OK.

I am really not sure why German lady, ca in her 50s at the reception was so rude in the morning after at the check out desk. I am not a school kid to talk to me from above, pharaphrasing what "was ment or not ment" or trying to treat me like retarded person. First of all this is tourism branche and not the police station where I should talk as fast and as asked and as long as that lady thinks I should. Cutting setnences of the stranger is not normal either, making funny intonation when greeting me etc.. This is not how you sell anything. Therefore this was the last time there . Treat the people with respect or do not work with people, if she is not willing to communicate normally, probably someone else will do. Otherwise I like Ibis and I was in many ibis hotels accros the country, but I do not tolerate rude behvieour and bad manners from the stuff. Best Regards, J. G. Hotel is well located, clean and rooms are well size. Toilet/bath is smaller than expected but functional. The receptionist at front desk likely had a bad day when I checked in and when I asked if my room had a queen/king bedding for 2 pax, she replied in a spiteful tone 'it's called double for a reason'. Some hotels refer to double as having 2x single bedding or calling it 'twin'. Others defer by calling single (2 beds) & double (1 queen/king). I asked merely to clarify the bedding type and was surprised by her tone of voice and lack of tact in response. The card in the toilet/bath states "We only change your towels when they are placed on the floor or in the shower". I've done exactly that placing it on the shower floor and was surprised that my damp towel was placed back onto the towel rack when I returned in the evening. One towel was replaced and was bone dry while other was re-used (damp). This is unacceptable for whatever reasons in both cases, the actions of the few reflects poorly on the entire hotel and chain. Lack of training might be some reasons, but if guests are treated fairly and well, they would likely return. Would you?
