We've stayed at this location several times. It is close to the Hbf with plenty of transit options. We often ride a bus/train/subway (various options) to the topside of the altstadt wall and walk our way back down the hill. It was a bit warmer than normal for early May so the air conditioning has not been activated yet--a bit warm in the room (very cool in the hallway) and opening the window allowed a bit of traffic noise in.
