Not so convenient, no extra pillow available (the receptionist said "without emotion" that this is budget hotel, so there is no extra pillow) while the provided pillow was really small. I felt not welcomed to stay in the hotel.

I appreciated the breakfast with vegan options. The onsite parking lot was great - if I stay again, it will be because of the parking lot. Issues I experienced: 1) No electronics outlet near the bathroom vanity in my room. I use a plug-in curling iron to do my hair in the morning, and this was not possible in my room. There were 2 outlets available but neither were close to a mirror. For me, this was poor design and made the room less functional. 2) No outlet near the desk. I could not use the desk and plug in my laptop because the outlet was too far away. For me, this was poor design and made the room less functional. 3) No place to put a suitcase. This was very odd. There was no bench, table, rack, etc. to place a suitcase. I understand it's an economy hotel and no dresser/drawers would be available - but at least there should be someplace to set a suitcase so it is not laying on what little floor space was available. 4) The credit card style room keys were an ongoing issue. EVERY TIME I tried to use my key to open my room, it did not work. I would have to go back down to the front desk from the 2nd floor to get new room keys, then go back upstairs and try again. This happened 6 times in the 3 days I was there. This was truly a problem. 5) No shelf in the shower area for my own personal items. Everything had to be set on the shower floor. 6) No flat sheets on the beds. This might be European culture, but in the US we have flat sheets on our beds. I was not comfortable using the bedding without a flat sheet. Also, because it was so warm and the A/C did not work, I only wanted to use a flat sheet because the bedspread provided was too warm for the weather. 7) No tissues or wash clothes in my room - just 2 towels.

Bad stay experience

Cleaning service was not good enough, my shower leaks and my room got flooded everytime I used the shower, due to this leak my personal belongings (make up, cosmetics, etc) were also splashed with water I had to dry the articles after using the shower. My body shower was over and was never refilled again, no hair dryer available, the light in the bathroom was constantly shut down even when the bathroom was in use. A/C was not working properly.

A good stay except for the 10-minute wait in line to get breakfast. You need to move the coffee machine as it holds people up when there's a big coach party staying.

We had a very good stay. Everything was uncomplicated. The room’s layout and fitting was simple yet everything we needed was there. A good firm mattress guaranteed a good night of sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. All in all excellent value for money and a very enjoyable stay.
