We initially chose this hotel because I usually book with Accor when traveling, and this Ibis property was centrally located with the added convenience of underground parking. Upon arrival, however, the receptionist informed us that there was only one key to the parking garage, which was currently with another guest. We had to wait for its return and eventually ended up parking in the city center instead. In addition, the bathroom floor had clumps of hair left behind, and there was hair on the bedsheets. The air conditioner produced a loud, disturbing noise that made it difficult to sleep.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the parking access, as well as for the cleanliness issues you encountered in your room. The staff were super friendly. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in, but he was incredibly helpful and nothing was ever an issue. While the service was excellent, the hotel is in need of some serious upgrades. The car park lift was out of order when we arrived, and the toilet flush in our room didn't work. That said, the room was clean, well presented, and smelled fresh.
