Dirty carpets, smoke alarm hanging off when I arrived, repaired next day. Poor condition of room, missing paint, dents in plaster. Staff on phones and fairly inattentive. Overall poor. Unusual for accorr.

The room is really small. No boiler inside room. Bathroom ventilation is doing HUGE noise and cannot be stopped. Employees are perfect and helpful.

I spent 5 nights. Good location, fairly good deal considering I booked it last minute. Staff not particularly friendly nor bothered, but not exactly rude either. Very noisy in general: doors slamming and people screaming in corridors unaware they might be disturbing. Other than that, it did what it said on the tin.
