Quite a nice hotel. Excellent location close to the Old port and up to 10 minutes to the underground station. The breakfast was very nice (especially delicious croissants with different toppings). The stuff at the reception desk was friendly and polite. My room was also clean and cosy. But since it’s located close to the elevator, I was not able to sleep well and had to wake up usually at around 5 a.m. due to noise generated by the lift’s doors opening and closing. Also a luggage storage is quite expensive for the big size suitcases (8 €). So it would be better if the luggage could be stored for free directly at the reception desk or if the storage room could be equipped with elevator (in case of heavy luggage). Thank you very much!

Great location, very friendly staff and unexpectedly amazing choice for breakfast. All of that largely compensates the minimal standard in terms of rooms comfort and layout. Other down side for disabled people: accessibility is indeed offered, however, there should be a mention that access to the old port is not really facilitated due to the very location of the hotel.

Overall a good location for the price paid. The room is quite dark with no overhead lights. You'll need to turn on all the lights. It was also hard to figure out the central air. Windows need a screen. There's a sign on the window warning of mosquitos and the availability of bug repellent at the front. It seems simple to add a screen. I stayed in late november and still had a mosquito in the room. Staff were friendly and professional

Hotel location is it's selling point! Everything very close by, shops, bars, restaurants all withing a few minutes walk. Hotel is slightly dated but room was clean and perfect for a base to explore. Room basic but clean towels and beds made daily.
