The room was not clean (bathroom and bedroom), with a very strange smell in the air. The bed was terrific. I know Ibis Budget and the services usually delivered, I will never come again in this one.

I stayed in this hotel during one weekend to visit Marseille. The rooms are standard, not luxurious at all, but the hotel enjoyed all I needed, it was very close to the old port, had a nice breakfast and it was close to the main highlights of the city. I was also happy with the breakfast, that I believe is quite decent compare to other hotels. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel for short visits to Marseille.

i have stayed there several times each time i stay i point things out and stephane the manager always listens i point out to him members of staff who are very good and he always takes note taking into consideration it is budget i am very happy with this hotel

good location, next to the port and restaurants, there is a SPAR shop 3 minutes away, budget rooms but there is everything you need, towels changed every day,there is a renovation at the moment so there are people working outside and it is a bit noisy

I stayed for 2 nights, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Close to all attractions and public transport. The staff were very friendly and the rooms are good value for its price. A great option for a short stay at the heart of Marseille. I would choose the same hotel for my next stay.

The hotel provided everything I expected from an Ibis Budget. The personnel was nice, check-in was efficient, room was clean, rather quiet and comfortable overall. One thing that spoiled my impression was the presence of considerable amount of mildew (or mold?) in the corners of the bathroom.

After the worst costumer service experience 3 times at reception and the receptionist laughing at my husband its for sure that is a shame that this hotel is part of the group

I could not stabilize the temperature in the room. It was always too hot at night. There was no air conditioning !
