Another wonderful stay at ibis budget Marseille. The lovely Emma and Sarah on reception were warm and welcoming as always and Stephané, the Director, leads a truly kind and caring team. My favourite room (505) wasn’t available due to renovations, but they thoughtfully placed a radiator in my alternate room, making it extra cosy. I even received a little 'cadeau' to thank me for being a nice guest — such a lovely touch. Comfortable, bright, and cheerful — my little home by the sea in Marseille!
