hotel is very well located near metro station and bus stops, walk to old port is about 20 minutes. Hotel itself looks like it has its the best years pretty long ago, but room was clean, as well as the bathroom. Staff 10/10 always smiled and speaking English (which is rare in Marseille), breakfast was okay.

Staff at reception and breakfast as well as chambermaids very friendly. Special mention should be made of the very nice lady at reception, the manager, very very friendly, she has hotel and staff well under control - perfect team. And she also had good advice for me (next best beach etc...). Room very clean and really comfortable bed. Breakfast perfect for me - croissants and chocolatines, baguette, jam juices ... Location very nice, close to public transport, and right on the Avenue du Prado with lots of shops, cafés and very good restaurants. I'll definitely come again. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

Good location, within walking distance to Castellan metro station. Clean rooms, clean bathroom. Breakfast (small but good enough) included in the price. Pleasant and polite receptionists. Value for money for us.

This was the worst Ibis styles hotel, where I have been. Definitly not 3* hotel. Staff - very average, not communicative and chaotic, breakfast - this was absolutely not equal to three star hotel,this was hostel style breakfast. Bathroom - Water pressure in the shower very poor. Room was clean and thumbs up for windows black out. There are better Ibis Styles hotels in Marseille.
