My toilet smells very bad. When I arrived on the first day, I found the toilet bowl full of urine, as if the last person who used it had not flushed the toilet. However, as my stay went on, I noticed the same situation every day. When I leave the toilet unused for a long period of time, I still find urine in the bowl afterward. I am therefore wondering whether there might be a leak or a plumbing problem causing urine to flow back into my toilet

The check-in was smooth with online check-in and a pleasant welcome. The room was clean, cozy and had all the compartments available for our luggage & things for our 2 nights stay ~ we are on our way home to Provence after a 2.5 months vacation in Latin America. The breakfast spread is good. It became unpleasant at breakfast when the staff started to solicit for complaint from the only other 2 lady guests in the room and continued doing so when 2 other ladies arrived ~ against my ES dog and I while i was having my breakfast quietly in the corner of the breakfast room. Unfortunately she was at the reception when we checked out, asked for her name and her respond was a firm, “no dogs allowed” (in the breakfast room). When I asked, “..then why are we living in the hotel?”. Her respond to ask another personnel to attend is obnoxious, unacceptable. It would be illogical for a dog who has come all this way to be left in the room alone(which is not permitted in some hotels)while its human has breakfast. I omitted another unpleasant m’ng on checkout day. A point to note, on my previous stay the gentleman who checked us in informed me my dog is allowed to be with me at breakfast when I asked.

The hotel was under renovation. The front desk area now is the breakfast room. It’s not the hotel I booked according with the pictures on the website. I request a refund for selling something that then it’s not accurate. This new area for breakfast was like a camp. One table next to the other. Zero privacy

The gentleman who checked us in (my best friend/dog & i) was welcoming and concise with all information we needed for our stay. The flowers placed on the coffee table on Sunday in the lobby gave good vibes. The microwave oven was indeed helpful since the restaurant we wanted to dine close on Sunday. Great location for our plans in Marseille ~ a nice walk to see the Basilica Notre-Dame de La Garde.

Points positifs: - l'hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont propres et il y a un store déroulant qui permet une vraie obscurité et le personnel très gentil et accueillant... mais c'est tout ! Points négatifs: beaucoup trop ! - la façade de l'hôtel est défraichie - l'hôtel donne sur la rue donc très bruyant même avec les fenêtres fermées - les oreillers sont tout mous et très inconfortables (alors qu'avant ils étaient très bien) - il n'y a même pas une table et une chaise dans la chambre ! - pas de bouilloire et/ou de machine à café (il y a du thé et du café à disposition à l'accueil mais le café est dégoutant et limite imbuvable - dans la salle de bain: pas de mouchoir, pas de produits d'hygiène et seulement un savon qui fait tout, le sèche-cheveux était à moitié cassé, ne diffusait que de l'air tiède et obligé de rester le doigt appuyé pour qu'il fonctionne, ce qui n'est clairement pas simple quand on veut se faire un brushing... Mais surtout le petit-déjeuner est catastrophique !! C'est une véritable arnaque !! - il est dévalisé et presque pas réapprovisionné donc obligé de quémander pour avoir un yaourt ou du pain - il n'y a pas de fruits frais (hormis 3 oranges qui se battent en duel) pas de salade de fruits, une seule marque de yaourts, à peine une ou 2 sortes de fromage, pas de fromage blanc, pas d'œufs, pas de gâteaux / cakes - le café à la machine n'est pas bon non plus - il manquait souvent des verres, tasses à café, plateaux et assiettes - le monsieur en charge du petit-déjeuner est très gentil mais semble tous les jours dépassé (peut-être un manque d'aide ou d'organisation) Bref, c'est indigne de la part d'Ibis surtout quand on sait que le petit-déjeuner était un de leurs points forts à l'époque ! Je choisissais souvent un ibis plutôt qu'un autre hôtel, entre autres pour leurs petits-déjeuners qui étaient exceptionnels mais depuis plusieurs années la qualité s'est dégradée et c'est un problème qui touche tous les services de la marque Ibis. Depuis qu'ils ont créé leurs 3 types d'hôtel, tout s'est dégradé et leurs services ne sont plus du tout à la hauteur de leur standing de base alors même que leurs prix n'ont fait qu'augmenter !! C'es vraiment dommage de vouloir arnaquer les clients de la sorte surtout avec une concurrence toujours plus rude et l'apparition d'autres modes de logement, tel que Airbnb. J'espère sincèrement que vous allez reproposer des services de qualité comme vous le faisiez à l'époque car là c'est vraiment déplorable et inacceptable !!

Excellent accueil , chambre très confortable . Petit déjeuner au top . Un petit détail . Pourquoi mettre des couettes aussi chaudes en été . Cela obligé à faire fonctionner la climatisation .ce qui n est pas terrible pour le climat . Cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir .

Vraiment dommage, en tant que statut Gold, avec une facture qui atteint presque 1000,00€, franchement pour 6 jours, une chambre sans placard ni penderie, la télévision qui fonctionnait très mal, ainsi que le wifi, non vraiment pas contente.

Très bon accueil, le personnel est aux petits soins. La chambre est petite, très peu d'espace pour 2 personnes, l'espace douche et toilettes est minuscule, le double vitrage est insuffisant, la clim est parfaite. Très bon petit déjeuner mais espace trop exigu. L'espace accueil est trop étroit.
