Good location but noisy room

I have stayed many times over the years and like the hotel but this time it was average. Room 114 next to toilets and noisy conference room, television didn’t work. Plugs not working on one side of the room. Bathroom wasnt clean. Dietaries could be better at breakfast Oat milk? Good gluten free bread that doesn’t come in a plastic bag and microwaved, no choice of coffee?? Egg boiler not working properly. Milk not labelled properly which is importante for lactose intolerant. I tried to book directly but it was 4 euros cheaper on booking.com

Amazing breakfast, nice welcoming, nice decoration. The size of the room is ok but quite small. The choice of movies is not satisfying according to me ( mainstream or adult movies)
