Hotel we’ll located, reception and bar good, room ok size but toiletries shower bottle empty, only 1 toilet roll and TV unable to access movies etc

Overall it was a below standard stay. Staff were hit and miss. Some were lovely and really helpful, others had a bit of a attitude for some reason. I feel like the room would of been better with carpet. Expectations were high given I stayed in Mama Shelter Nice when they had just opened last year, so staying in Marseille when it has also recently opened I was excited, sad to say it was disappointing.
