The hotel is perfectly located for a visit in Toulouse. Our room was relatively large and the room was pretty clean. Nice rituals bath products but body lotion was not present compared to other novotels. I like the bed a lot, very comfortable to get good rest. The checkin and checkout processes were smooth without any complications. However, the checkin staff didn’t inform the time of breakfast and the facility in the hotel. The room cleaning happened early which I appreciate. The breakfast was fine, and there were interesting selections. However the quality of food might not be so good. It was expected to have fresh fruits and fried eggs at least by Novotel brand but they were not present. Overall a good hotel with standard expectations.

Novotel Wilson is in a great location near walking distance to so many of the sights that visitors come to see. It’s a 2 minute walk to a metro station which is also convenient. The breakfast had many options and was of high quality. My only negative was at night I could here some people from the road or larger vehicles driving by.

Have stayed here several times as the location is brilliant - walking distance from the train station and also to the centre of Toulouse. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice and comfortable - what more do you want? :-)

We stayed for a week in an executive room which was well appointed and comfortable. House keeping staff were friendly and attentive and when I asked for another big cup as we both were tea drinkers they kindly provided us with two large mugs and some extra tea. Sadly disappointed that the one time we wanted breakfast and arrived down at 9.50am we were told we were too late ( breakfast is until 10am) when I pointed this out we were told we would need to eat quickly so decided to eat elsewhere. Having said that we plan to return at Christmas and would recommend this hotel especially for its location.

This was my second stay in Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson. Once again I found this centrally located hotel very satisfactory and would have no hesitation in returning again in future. One small point, however, is that breakfast arrangements weren't quite as good this time as they were on my previous visit.

I was in room 306. After a few days, I noticed that a pair of shoes was left by the previous resident. The room is nice but the carpets really need to be replaced. There are stains everywhere. The staff is very nice.

Newly renovated room. Very nice decor and amenities but a bit small for two people with luggage. Staff extremely friendly and helpful with tourists. Advertised with parking but it was a parkade that was a fair way away.

location is extremely good. One thing I had in my mind is about the long walk from elevetor and small steps to reach to my room.

We had a great stay here while in Toulouse. The family room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3, and the hotel location was perfect. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. Room itself was a bit dated, but I believe the hotel was undergoing renovations so I imagine will be fixed soon. Wasn't a dealbreaker by any means - the room still felt clean. Overall would recommend!
