We had reserved through the ALL app - very easy to use. We needed a central base for a one day visit to Toulouse with restaurant choices nearby. The Novotel Wilson was perfect. We took the airport Navette shuttle to Jean-Jaures stop - a five minute walk to the hotel. We would stay at this hotel if returning to Toulouse.

I like this hotel, but I will say the hall rugs are really worn out and stained now. Also, the window situation is pretty abysmal. I have never had a room with a view, only looking at the top of the hotel lobby roof, or little attic style skylights. Also the Sunday brunch manager was rude and unaccommodating. He had a wide open restaurant but would not feed me - a hotel guest - because of brunch reservations. I could have eaten and departed before any of his other people arrived but he had no desire to assist me. I was jet-lagged and coming in from California, so this was unfortunate. Also, the restaurants on either side of the hotel are not good. One is overpriced and fancy with only okay food and the other is friendly and Italian, but only Italian and not impressive. Oh well - I have stayed at the Novotel in Toulouse many times, and I will probably return, but it is not the greatest. That said, front desk staff were awesome and the location, again, is very convenient. (and if you like ice cream, Haagen-daz store near-by, lots of shopping, and a carousel across the street, so a nice way to enter this great city).

Clean hotel in the center of Toulouse. Service was friendly. It was strange that a coke at your bar at 23:00 cannot be charged on the room. On my bill there was a breakfast that I didn't take. So I had to approach the receptionist before leaving.
