We would like to clarify that the condition of the carpet and ceiling is not due to a lack of cleanliness, but rather to natural wear and tear over time. It is precisely for this reason that our hotel is currently modernising its guest areas and that we are planning a major, comprehensive refurbishment of our facilities.
