We had a spacious room, but the design was strange with weird doors to a bathroom that had a dangerous sloping shower and toilet too small for the room. We really enjoyed the stay as the location was fantastic & the staff were very helpful, but the carpets everywhere need replacing. The floor was uneven in our room with an outside terrace that needed painting. The presentation was poor. You could tidy that area up without much expense by just painting the wall and putting pot plant. The lobby was bad, not welcoming at all and mostly smelt like fish from the restaurant cooking. Given the good location they should really invest in renovating with a good interior designer as nothing matches.

We have taken full note of your comments regarding the layout of the bathroom, the uneven floor and the lingering odour in the reception area. We also sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced on arrival, whether it was the wait for your room, the smell of tobacco or the technical faults with the air conditioning and television. Please rest assured that our housekeeping team carries out the necessary checks on a daily basis before rooms are allocated. Your comments confirm the validity of the decisions taken by our management. That is why we are pleased to announce that our comprehensive renovation programme has just begun. This major project, which includes a complete aesthetic overhaul, will enable us to modernise all our spaces, including the replacement of all the carpets. Please note that we are currently in the process of planning the redesign of our terraces: the furniture will be completely replaced, the walls repainted and the space completely revamped. Your suggestion regarding the addition of plants is an excellent idea, which we will take on board as we work to bring more greenery to this area. The hotel is located at a very strategic city location. There are many restaurants , pharmacy and street bazaars very nearby the hotel that makes the most out of this town. Very pleasant stay. Your front office Staff, by the name Paolo ( maybe incorrect spelling ) made our stay very memorable as it was my wife’s birthday and he did a great job by decorating the room. The room was a suite which was very comfortable and cosy . The location of the hotel was very strategic in the city . Food in the restaurant has great choices. We ordered room service after midnight and surprisingly the kitchen was open to serve us food . The price of food is acceptable. They allowed us for a late check out as our flight was in the late evening. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you

Back in late December I noticed this situation and complained to the manager who told me that it will be resolved. Guess what? five months later, It hasn´t ... I am coming back again this weekend, because I had already paid a nonrefundable reservation, not because of choice. I truly can't understand how the hotel can be authorized to be part of the All-Accor network which holds basic standards for its clients. If you check my profile, you'll find that I am a frequent customer of Accor and this is by far, the worst hotel, in terms of cleaning less that I have walked into. The rooms were OK, but one can not help guessing how well they are sanitized when the idles are so dirty. I apologize for my harsh remarks, but it did really bother me to have to enter such a badly looking hotel.
