I travel regularly and choose the Accord group for the quality and standard they normally deliver; this time wasn’t the case. Novotel or Mercury are always our regular choices but on this occasion in Toulouse, we would be probably better in an Ibis (same group and cheaper option) considering how basic was this hotel. Not going back again but I’m willing to try to other Accord options as I can’t believe they all went down so much. Would be beneficial review what you are doing or simples be honest with what you are offering. Staff as usual great but as they say, no money is invested in this Novotel and for that the massive difference with other one around Europe.

Unfriendly argumentative reception staff. It's always like this at this hotel and I won't be staying there again. Having said that, after speaking to the duty manager on check-in she did finish my check-in in a courteous and professional manner. The majority of the young reception staff here seem poorly trained and have no idea how to behave with guests. It's the same experience every time I stay there

Outdated. Smelly and dirty carpets in hallway. Room cold and outdated. Shower pressure low. Reception staff does not acknowledge customer.
