From the welcome to the goodbye everything was just what we have come to expect from this hotel. We love it! The staff are all so helpful and considerate. Help with heavy luggage- an umbrella for the rain - etc etc. If I had to rank the staff in order- the lady in reception with the long blonde hair would come first - she was so kind and helpful and a wonderful front of house person to represent your company. Everyone else would be grouped together in a very close 2 nd position. Thank you for an excellent time in your hotel - again. It is because it is so pleasant that we keep coming back. We will come back to keep an eye on you all during your alterations!!! Please share this message with your staff.

No kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Construction site in the hotel, which is not mentioned anywhere when you book. Good location. Overpriced.

We are pleased to read that you appreciated our central location, but we are truly sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. It is true that these amenities are not available directly in the room and only in the lobby, 24/7. However, we are taking this feedback into account for future improvements. The work is not taking place directly in the hotel, and we are doing our best to minimize any disruption, particularly noise during the day, since visually the work is confined to the roof with only one scaffold on one side of the courtyard, which your room did not overlook as it had a view of the Place du Capitole. We are nevertheless sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the price, it varies depending on the period and demand, but we are sorry if you felt it did not reflect the value of your stay. You cannot get a better location in Toulouse. Comfortable bed in a peaceful spacious room. We had a great night of sleep. Lovely bar area and a very good breakfast.
