Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Please note that our scrambled eggs are not made on-site, but they are not delivered to us in powdered form. We receive them already cooked and prepare them with milk when served. We apologize that they were not to your liking. We sincerely regret that the problems noted in the room were not communicated to us during your stay, so that we could provide you with the necessary solutions for your comfort. Nevertheless, please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered with the breakfast, the shower drainage, the hairdryer, and the room temperature. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and kitchen teams so we can address these problems promptly and ensure they do not happen again. We are glad, however, that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and our central location.
