Having never been to Toulouse before we wanted to be somewhere central and close to the Christmas Market and this did not disappoint at all . Location was fabulous and our room had two Juliet balconies overlooking the square just beautiful , service was great from start to finish and whilst very busy breakfast was good with loads to choose from and good quality , would definitely recommend

We had a lovely short stay. The hotel is very central and most places of interest can be reached on foot. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Clement and Nikolas went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Hotel good, as always, although lots of noise from trolleys at 3-5 in morning?

I’ve stayed lots of times and like the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast etc. however on two of the three nights there was lots of noise between 3am and 5am (I think) which sounded like trolleys being dragged over bumpy stone roads. Maybe unloading? It was a shame.

It is true that we receive two deliveries per week, to supply our stocks of linen and food for breakfast. However, it is not normal that they are so noisy even with the windows closed, so we will do what is necessary with our providers, and we will offer you a room that does not overlook this specific courtyard during your next stay. Good location, cold room, very hard bed.

We had a reasonable 2 night stay. The room and bathroom was very cold 15’ registered on aircon. We asked to increase heating and were told it would be. To no avail. Bathroom remained really cold, bedroom chilly but ok under duvet. We found the bed too hard, the topper was flat and made no difference. Pillows hard and flat too. Breakfast was ok but plates and juice containers were covered in old food from dishwasher. Had to search through plates to find one without egg, pastry crumbs etc stuck on it.

We have taken note of your observations regarding the temperature in your room and breakfast. The temperature indicated on the heating remote control is not the one measured by the probe, but a target temperature that guests set themselves. It is therefore possible for you to raise this temperature up to 25°C. This explains why you were cold, and we sincerely regret it since this situation could have been avoided. We also take into account the observation regarding the bedding, although it is more a matter of personal taste than poor quality. It was renewed very recently, and can be found in hotels of a higher range than ours. We have also noted your observation regarding the cleanliness of the breakfast dishes.
