You know you're in for a different hotel stay when your room is lit by red neon lights😍 Staff were wonderful and attentive. My first language is English, but staff (French) were willing to engage in chat with slightly intoxicated customers!! ☺️

Great experience at Mama shelter : staff was very nice and friendly. They allowed us to choose a quiet room as per our request. As negative points : the room is not very big and the bathroom very basic. The restaurant is a bit pricey...

We loved the Mama style - cool decor & retro games to play. Fabulous breakfast buffet to suit all of us. We slept so well in the brilliant beds and enjoyed the superb showers too. We all enjoyed watching movies at the end of the day. In a perfect world, the bed corners would not be quite so sharp 😵‍💫 and bath robes would be handy for relaxing in. Hotel info perhaps as an on-screen welcome would be really handy so we knew what the score was with the rooftop bar and what food was served where and when, whether we needed to book, if the movie theatre was in action, where it was okay to hang out during the day outwith our room (I got the feeling we needed to be ordering food and drinks if we were sitting downstairs and I think the roof terrace appeared to be shut unless staff were up there serving drinks) how to get about the city and any other recommendations of places to visit. I did ask at Hotel reception but it’s often quite busy down there.
