Hello Lars, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated our location and the friendliness of our team. Regarding breakfast, there may have been a misunderstanding between you and our restaurant team. As explained to you personally at the check out, breakfast was not included in your reservation. However, we only charged you for one breakfast out of the two you had, as a gesture of consideration. I also hope you received the manual invoice you requested from me, including both the room and breakfast charges. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues with your room keys and the lack of information in your room regarding our services. We take your comments seriously and will share them with our team to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Mama Shelter for a more enjoyable stay. Kind regards, Amber - Front Office Supervisor

We are, however, truly sorry that the noise from the bar affected your stay. We understand how unpleasant it can be when you are trying to rest, and we regret that this impacted your experience with us. We also sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you noticed in your room. Even if the bathroom floor was clean, we completely understand that the worn appearance could give the opposite impression. We will share your comments with our maintenance team so that this point can be checked. For a future stay, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance and request a quieter room. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back and giving you a much more comfortable and peaceful experience next time. Mama ❤ You ! Hello Amy, 😊 Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your first stay with us at Mama Toulouse ! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Mama Shelter vibes, our style, the rooftop and, most importantly, the warm welcome from our reception and bar teams. We are truly sorry about your breakfast experience. While occasional delivery issues can unfortunately happen, this should never have resulted in you feeling that your concerns were being dismissed or met with irritation. The way your request was handled is certainly not the level of hospitality we aim to provide. And we completely understand that, for our British guests, milk with their morning tea is a rather essential matter. We will be sharing your feedback with our breakfast team so that, should a similar situation ever occur, we can react more proactively and, above all, with the right attitude towards our guests. We also apologize for the 20 minutes you spent trying to order through the QR code on the rooftop. We’re glad our bar team was able to assist you in person, although we understand that this was not the smoothest experience. We hope this small hiccup won’t overshadow the rest of your stay and that we’ll have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Toulouse, hopefully with plenty of milk waiting for your morning tea. Mama ❤ You ! Nolwenn - Assistante Chef de Réception

Hello David, 😊 Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the various inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We are particularly sorry about the room keys repeatedly becoming inactive. Having to come back to reception several times to have them reprogrammed is certainly frustrating, and this is not the experience we want for our guests. We also sincerely apologize for the temperature in your room and for the fact that the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room sufficiently. We understand how uncomfortable this can be, especially when it affects your sleep. Your comments regarding the temperature settings and the air conditioning will be forwarded to our technical team so that the situation can be checked. More generally, we are sorry that these issues affected your overall impression of the hotel. We are nevertheless pleased to hear that our team was helpful and responsive whenever you contacted us. Please be assured that each of your comments will be shared with the relevant departments so that they can be reviewed and addressed. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a much more comfortable experience. Mama ❤ You Nolwenn - Assistante Chef de Réception

Hello Estelle, 😊 Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your sleep was disturbed by noise during your stay. As your room was located just below our rooftop, it's possible that you heard our team closing and cleaning the area after service. We understand how this could have impacted your comfort, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Should you stay with us again, please don't hesitate to let us know if you are particularly sensitive to noise. We'll do our best to allocate you a quieter room, subject to availability. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Mama Shelter for an even more enjoyable stay. Mama ❤️Estelle Amber - Front Office Supervisor
