While occasional delivery issues can unfortunately happen, this should never have resulted in you feeling that your concerns were being dismissed or met with irritation. The way your request was handled is certainly not the level of hospitality we aim to provide. And we completely understand that, for our British guests, milk with their morning tea is a rather essential matter. We will be sharing your feedback with our breakfast team so that, should a similar situation ever occur, we can react more proactively and, above all, with the right attitude towards our guests. We also apologize for the 20 minutes you spent trying to order through the QR code on the rooftop. Having to come back to reception several times to have them reprogrammed is certainly frustrating, and this is not the experience we want for our guests. Mama Shelter is designed as a lively and vibrant place, with a unique atmosphere that includes music, bold décor, and an energetic ambiance. We understand that this style may not suit everyone, and we appreciate your perspective. Regarding the room lighting, we would like to mention that the red lights next to the bed can easily be switched off if preferred, allowing for a more classic atmosphere in the room. We would also like to clarify that we do not advertise having a swimming pool. All of our official information and booking channels accurately describe the facilities available at the hotel. As for the rooftop DJ set, we sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation. Unfortunately, unexpected circumstances can occasionally require changes to our entertainment program.
