Having to come back to reception several times to have them reprogrammed is certainly frustrating, and this is not the experience we want for our guests. We also sincerely apologize for the temperature in your room and for the fact that the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room sufficiently. We understand how uncomfortable this can be, especially when it affects your sleep. We understand that this style may not suit everyone, and we appreciate your perspective. Regarding the room lighting, we would like to mention that the red lights next to the bed can easily be switched off if preferred, allowing for a more classic atmosphere in the room. We would also like to clarify that we do not advertise having a swimming pool. All of our official information and booking channels accurately describe the facilities available at the hotel. As for the rooftop DJ set, we sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation. Unfortunately, unexpected circumstances can occasionally require changes to our entertainment program.
