Hotel was great location and very accommodating with holding one bag for us while we traveled without that bag. Concierge was helpful with describing how to get to airport via public transit. The room had a carpet that hid dirt so well that it felt like it could never be vacuumed or cleaned and we'd never know. That grossed me out. The cups in the bathroom were not presented in a way that assured me they were clean and new. The bed was fine though, and comfortable.
