I was quite disappointed to be assigned a first-floor room near the stairwell, as it was very noisy due to its proximity to the reception. Additionally, the shower water was cold.

Door card for room—experienced difficulties to unlock. Adequate room but cold upon arrival. Not sure where to augment room heat. Great breakfast buffet, but mis en place not optimal (difficult to access tea cups, loose tee strainers not readily available, some strainers without handles, labeling of food items not aligned or missing).
