Location convenient if using trains. Nice Breakfast. Room a little small, shower in bathroom: so small that it's almost impossible to turn around. For French *** and almost €100/night it could be a little more spacious...

Stayed two separate nights. On the first they were able to provide a much welcomed kettle. The second night I had to fetch boiling water from downstairs. Not so good

Clean and calm. The service is good.

Great Ibis. If the team at check could be described as a steak they’d be à pointe....just how I expect it!…parfait. Rooms are always good, comfortable. Right by the station...and close walking distance to the restaurants and bars preferred by the rugby community that visit the city. Thank you.

I stay here whenever I come to Toulouse for work because it's across from the train station where I take the train to the office each day. This way I can enjoy Centreville Toulouse in the evening and have a convenient way to get to the office. Staff is always very nice, friendly and helpful.

Good

Staff are always friendly and courteous. Check in is easy, beds are comfortable and pillow selection is good. They could use an additional waste bin in the room as there is only one in the bathroom and a kettle but if these things are important to you, you should try the Ibis Styles two doors down.

I saw some hairs lying around the desk, obviously the cleaning has to be improved. Reported to the reception, they asked me if I wanted to change the room, good attitude and polite though. I didn't change it as it can't be bothered.

Comfortable, quiet room. Disinterested staff - no real welcome when we arrived. The staff at breakfast were lazy - too busy chatting in the kitchen to ask us for our room number or to notice that the orange juice, the cold ham and the madeleines had all run out.

Internet was down and the floor in my room was stained, but sheets and towels were crisp and clean. Shower was hot too so all in all I was impressed with a hotel so close to a mainline station.

Friendly welcome, lots of info about Toulouse highlights, warm clean room awaiting, excellent dinner with good choice of freshly made dishes, great staff, early continental breakfast again with good choice. Location perfect , right across from main railway and bus stations for onward journey. Very quiet despite being on a main route,

We knew the hotel from previous stay and chose it again when our flight was cancelled. Very nice quite room. Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff.

Convenience was high being close to both the rail and bus stations

Room & bed great. Breakfast great. Late arrival no problem. Only drawback was loud roadworks being done outside window in middle of the night - we arrived about midnight from late flight into Toulouse. As the hotel was booked out - not able to swap to quieter room.
