The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located for both the transport stations (rail, metro and bus) and the centre of Toulouse. The staff were all fantastic and no request was ever too much.

Very well located in front of the train station and an easy walk into the city. Room, though small with dark decor, was clean and bed comfortable. I was surprised it was not possible to access free hot drinks. Staff very helpful.

I have used this hotel on a couple of occasions because of its location (being so close to the train station). The staff are friendly, the rooms very clean & a good selection for breakfast. My only criticism is that the mattress covers make me hot at night & therefore my sleep wasn’t great.
