Very surprised to find out that although the hotel did "laundry services" these were only available on Mondays and Thursdays... Not what I expect from a hotel of this standard. Other than that, quite a nice hotel.

The hotel is wonderful. The team is very lovely and the the bedding very comfortable. I only took out one point for the area. It's nothing to do with the hotel but it doesn't always feel safe. This being said I would 100% stay there again.
