While I have generally had positive experiences with Accor hotels in the past, this particular stay fell short of expectations. Specifically, I was disappointed by the following: - very Small Room: The room I was assigned was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. - Missing Amenities: The room lacked a chair and a proper work desk, which was inconvenient for both relaxing and getting work done. - Welcome Drink: I had to specifically request the welcome drink that was advertised as a complimentary benefit for silver/gold guests. - Unfriendly Staff: When I asked for a TV remote, as there wasn't one in the room, the staff member I interacted with was not very friendly or helpful. I understand that unforeseen issues can occur, but the combination of these factors led to a less than satisfactory stay. I hope this feedback will be used to improve the guest experience at your hotel.
