Really good location, 5 mins walk into the central pedestrianized area and also 5 mns walk from Toulouse main train station. Spotlessly clean, newly refurbished rooms. Nice size hotel, only 55 rooms. Quiet and comfortable, with a large TVs and Nespresso machine in the bedroom. Bathrobes too!. Great choice of coffee and artisan teas at breakfast. Pleasant staff and good quality craft/artisan beer served in their bar. Only suggestions I'd make for improvement is (1) Not to wait until the end of someone's breakfast to take empty plates and cups away from the breakfast table, ask if things can be removed during the breakfast to ensure a tidy table. I was not greeted as an ACCOR member, with a welcome drink - not a big deal but would be nice.

Lovely hotel located centrally in Toulouse. Close to the Victor Hugo market & a nice walk to the river. Rooms were very pleasant with clean bathrooms. The staff were lovely and welcoming as well.

Overall good experience of the hotel. However I emailed the hotel well in advance to notify them that I have limited mobility and required a room with lift access and a walk in shower. On arrival we were allocated a room on the second floor with lift access but then six steps up to the room. As an alternative we were offered an accessible room on the ground floor but only for two people, this wasn't an option as we had our 12 year old daughter with us. Fortunately we were only staying for one night so I was able to manage although it was a struggle. It's a shame as everything else about the hotel was very good but could the staff please be more aware and considerate of people's needs.
