Reception people were nice. There was no shower cap, complimentary water bottle in the room. We didn’t get the complimentary drinks cards too.

This is my first time writing review after staying in Accor hotels as I feel like this shouldn't be ignored for this hotel and the future guests. Found so much dust and stain every single glasses, base of the kettle, tea spoon also food mark on minibar menu, empty handsoap bottle, side table etc. First of all I just wanted to have some tea and checked the kettle, it was disgusting. It seems like no one cares of cleanliness in the room when someone checks this room before guests are checking in. We have stayed quite a lot when travelling Canberra as it was new and good location for us however this time was a total disappointing stay and I would never come back to stay at this hotel. Hopefully someone could try to fix this matter and improve things at some point.

Comfotable room in good location close to local club, shopping centre and public transport. Busy time of year hence no upgrade offered as a platinum member. Bed was not very comfortable though and seemed to sag in middle. Received bottle of red wine as welcome gift.Room temperature was too hot on entering with temperature set at 24. No foxtel on TV is a blight in this day and age as most hotels offer foxtel

Very comfortable, clean, new. The beds and pillows were comfortable, making for a sound night’s sleep. The hotel staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful with any assistance or queries I made with them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I’m in Canberra.
