The online booking didn't work. Had to call and book a room. You got my booking details wrong. I was told I would have to pay for the kids breakfast at checkin despite having booked a room for 4 including breakfast. Room didn't have sufficient cups, glasses, towels, tea bags, sugar for 4. Room phone didn't work

Two days in a row I went to the buffet breakfast and both days the people at the front desk made me feel like a criminal I would tell them my room number the keep on asking what kind of buffet I wanted and that I had to pay more until they understood I had it included in my room they would look at the piece of paper in front of them but did not actually look for my room number

Reception staff very friendly. A pity a toaster isn't in the room. Having The Labor Club adjoining the motel was so convenient.
