On this occasion my wife and I were not as satisfied as we usually are. For instance, extras in the apartment were either missing or insufficient. When changing our original booking a few weeks out, between your website and the Mercure Hotel, we experienced higher than average difficulties changing the booking. In addition, we were charged a tariff that did not reflect my membership with Accor plus we were not offered services associated with my membership (e.g. no Welcome drink). P.S. I mentioned the tariff issue to the Duty Manager & he suggested I contact him direct if I encountered a similar issue on our next visit. P.P.S. we use this hotel because of its location & the availability of apartment-style accommodation. Otherwise, its lack of in-house catering & parking fees would be a detracting feature in deciding on accommodation choices (e.g. guests have to use the club services in the same building)

Short Stay, for Specialist appointment. Comfortable bedding. Small issue with second elevator out of use during stay which caused delays. Received room upgrade. No work space and TV does not have Foxtel as do other accor hotels and other accommodations. Hot breakfast in club was cold!

Was staying in this hotel prior to attending local hospital next morning. Explained situation and was permitted 1/2 hour early check-in to commence hospital preparation. Very impressed with standard of the room and very comfortable bed. Would certainly return.
