Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was presented to an exceptionally high standard. The parking was convenient being in the same building and undercover. Mercure Belconnen will be our ‘go to’ for Canberra stays in the future.

We love Belconnen Mercure, we stay here often as it’s well priced, modern, quiet and a good location. However our last two visits we have been disappointed as we feel it’s lacking personal touches and attention to detail. Our fridge was empty, no drinks or snacks in it and No shower caps or sanitary bags etc which was disappointing.

Good experience- friendly staff and our family room was big, clean and comfortable. The only limitation was the breakfast, which was located in the club next door (a pretty depressing room) and was nothing special. But overall was good value and good location close to the lake.
