We got a free welcome drink and bottle of wine for being an Accor loyalty member. The breakfast was different each day with lots of variety. The new pizza option was perfect for an evening of beer and pizza. The bright colours and competitive room rate all cheered the mood and being at the end of Metro and Tram lines meant easy access into the city centre was provided. All in all a great stay with extra loyalty points too !

Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast could be a bit better, more variety. Walls were quite thin. People were banging doors 6 a.m, yelling after 22.00 so we couldn't sleep that well. Beds were quite hard also.

After our arrival, we were greeted professionally and served immediately. The family rooms are very unique and especially kid-friendly, with every detail of the room and hotel thoughtfully designed. Our child absolutely loved the bunk bed. The breakfast was very tasty, and the hotel is well located. We will definitely come back next time.

English of all emoloyees on the recepction were great. Also their willingness & kindness. Rooms and also floors were clean. I was missing wheatless bread for the breakfast, but this was not a problem. We will be please to come back again.
