At first, I was assigned a room with a window that coud not be opened at all, although I was on a 45 days stay, which was unacceptable to me, then had to wait for 10 days to get a new room with a lot of false promises by the hotel staff in the meantime. Regarding the houskeeping, rooms are poorly cleaned, linens were changed only 3 or 4 times during my entire 45 days stay... Once the shower gel bottle was emptied, it remained empty for more than 30 days straight, shower cabin was never cleaned, toilet seat and the sink were rarely cleaned and even then, it was not thoroughly cleaned.
