Small rooms, overheated and the only solution provided by reception is : open the window! Receptionists very cold and unhelpful, you seem to bother them when you ask them questions + gave wrong information regarding hotel restaurant opening times. Food at diner was not good (overcooked pastas) and waiters not very pleasant. Breakfast buffet though was really good and with plenty of options.

Quite a few things could be improved... first of all, I was very disappointed such an expensive hotel doesn't have a coffee maker in the room, it's such an easy item to add. Also, the pillows were the most uncomfortable cheap pillows I ever had at any hotel, and I have travelled my whole life. The mattresses were too soft and made my back hurt very badly. Bring your own hairdryer as the one at the hotel can only work on men with very short hair. The breakfast ends early (at 10am) even on the weekends... it was ok. And most of all - the internet DOES NOT work half the time, it drops off at random times (NOT because of guest volume, but for technical reasons) and I've been told it's a known issue - I just need to forget the network and re-login every 10 minutes. I'm sorry - that's not an acceptable solution in 2026. Now, I would like to point out the good things as well to be fully fair: excellent curtains that completely block out any light, very good sound isolation (and a quiet area), the temperature in the room was comfortable (thank you for not boiling up the room), the service was also good, and overall the room amenities were comfortable.

The staff were all amazing — warm, friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to be helpful. I was here for a special event and the space was absolutely gorgeous, as well. The rooms are fine, but more dated than they look on the website, and the air conditioning really doesn’t work well. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The fridge is cold enough to keep drinks cool, but not to safely store food if you have leftovers. The location isn’t very walkable except to a nearby mall, so it would be nice if they added more options to the small market in the lobby. Some more food, proteins, fresh fruit, and first aid items would’ve been awesome. A good fridge and microwave in the room would also have significantly elevated the experience.
