Very good location to use public transportation. However, it is disappointing that there is no shower curtain or door, so water leaks out, and the refrigerator is too small and not cold enough.

Where to begin…old, tired hotel. Room not cleaned, but worst of all the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. Consistently rude staff, bar staff grunted at us and receptionists just stood around. Would not recommend to anyone

Scam charges after checkout. Do not complain about the how dirty the bed is after you remove the sheets and look at the mattress when you find it covered with stains, they will retaliate with fake charges after you have checked out. Look at your mattress!

We had an excellent accommodation at Novotel hotel, on alkotmány út. It's a family friendly hotel, with great transportation availabilities. The breakfast is superb, the staff were very helpful all the time and ready to give an extra effort. Also the reception was outstanding and really helpful. The restaurant has a wide selection of delicious meal. Overall we had a great time and we can only recommend to stay there. Also at the lobby there is an are for kids and it used great for younger children.
