I use the Acccor hotels chain more than 7 yrs in a row. Unfortunately this time I have been a little bit disappointed. By the check in firstly I was charged 20€ more, even the reservation was made through the AccorAll App and I had to clarify with the staff. After my check out I have left phone charger in the room. Unfortunately was not found. Otherwise the personal welcome message and small gift is something I value very much.

All good for a conference. I liked the Executive Room and the bed was comfortable. Room too hot however and needed to keep the window open. Not enough USB charging sockets however.

This Hotel was booked for our company for a larger group. We made jokes about how bad it was. The air conditioning was a nightmare, temperatures in rooms were way to high and could not been adjusted through airconditioning. I did not sleep well on the matress, matress quality was an issue, but also piercing green light emission from the smoke detector right above head. Overall quality of the hotel was bad. The elevators are full of greasy palm prints not cleaned in ages, while in room clleaning seems to be done with iron wool - that is how the sink looks anyway. Sb. told me that walking on socks in the room made her socks turn blue to white. I will from now on avoid ACCOR Hotels, and especially the Novotel brand. Speaking of All Accord. I did all the effort of downloading the app and sharing my Data. So far I have collected exactly 0 loyality points. One reason more to avoid this chain in future
