We spent 5 nights here as a family in a family room, which is a compact studio setup. The location on the Buda side is fantastic and very well-connected by public transport. The standout feature of the hotel is definitely its wellness facilities—the gym, swimming pool, sauna, and salt room were excellent. For the kids, there is a drawing room suitable for children under 7, while bowling and darts are available through an outsourced partner on-site. A few small areas for improvement: Breakfast: While healthy, the menu remained completely unchanged throughout our 6-day stay. A bit of variety would make a big difference. Family Amenities: Additional in-house entertainment activities for kids would be a great touch for a 4-star property. Services: Laundry and ironing incur extra charges; offering complimentary or discounted access for longer stays would be a thoughtful perk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it!

The rooms and the hotel is nice apart from some parts which are starting to show the age, it is clean and the accomodation isnokay. Not invredible, but fits the price range. Food however is not that good, there is a lot that can be improved. Personel in the bar in the lobby is very slow and not that pleasant, although reception staff is great.

It was all good, clean room, nice personal. What I didn’t like was that the check in was too late at 3 oclock and we had to leave at 1 when we arrived and the fact that when I booked the room, I didn’t’t know that I had to pay extra for the parking.

Clean,breakfast option is great.Staffs at the restaurant are more friendly and approachable than those at the reception. Hotel room needs renovation. The bathub doesnt drain quickly,your feet will swim first same goes with the sink.Curtains and carpets are aging.

Hotel is located some do from the city centre so one has to use a cab to go there. Room was not very clean, especially in the bathroom where I even found cobwebs. Breakfast was ok

Though I had Accor Gold status and had pre checked in requesting early checkin, waited from 10 to 12 for room but was told it will be ready only at 3pm. Came at 3:05p, the lady at reception who had earlier told at 3 now got an intern to do our checkin. It took 20 mins even with our pre-checkin - ridiculous for a gold member. I feel this was pure discrimination. It didn't stop there, one of the mornings during breakfast one of the male waiters shouted at my wife taking a banana to the room after breakfast. When she insisted to speak to a duty manager - he got the manager who acted like nothing happened. When were bananas not allowed to be taken out of a Accor hotel? We have stayed in atleast 30 properties so far but this is the worst experience.

We truly value your loyalty and appreciate that you have chosen to stay with Accor properties on numerous occasions. Thank you for bringing the check-in experience to our attention. We fully understand your frustration after having pre-checked in and waited from 10:00 until 12:00, only to be informed that your room would not be ready until 15:00. Returning shortly after 15:00 and then experiencing a further 20-minute check-in process was certainly not the smooth and efficient welcome we aim to provide, especially to our Gold members. Regarding your room allocation, we would like to clarify that we had upgraded your reservation to an executive room. Unfortunately, at the time of your arrival, we did not have another suitable room available for your family. Nevertheless, we understand that this does not take away from the inconvenience you experienced, and we are sorry that we were unable to provide a more seamless arrival. We are also very sorry to hear about the incident during breakfast involving your wife and one of our team members. Regardless of our hotel policy regarding taking food from the breakfast area, the situation should have been handled politely, respectfully and with appropriate communication. We sincerely regret that your wife felt uncomfortable and that, when she requested to speak with a manager, the situation was not handled with the level of care and attention you expected. Please be assured that we are taking your comments seriously and will review both incidents with the relevant departments and team members. Confortable room, clean, good breakfast with lot of choices and nice personnel. Didn't like the faucet's handle in the bathroom; it uses space which could be useful to put things and is too low and not comfortable to operate. Shower base was filling during showers because water couldn't go out fast enough.

As mentioned, the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The conference center and the breakfast restaurant were also very good and clean. Rooms are deplorable; the carpet is extremelly dirty and it seems it hasn't been clean for ages, plus the smell is not comfortable. Bathrooms very old also, but clean.
