Beds were not comrotable, sheets did not fit the bed at all, blankets were also very small. Our room door lock did not work. Elevator down button on our floor did not work. Paneling on the bathtub was noticeably coming apart. Towel rack was coming away from the wall. Thermostat did not modify the excessive heating in the room, even when shut off. Biggest issue is that the mini fridge did not cool to a proper food storage temperature. I was traveling for work and specifically contacted the hotel about this beforehand, explaining that I had recently had surgery on my stomach and had to adhere to a strict diet and inquiring if there were appropriate refrigerators in the rooms. The hotel assured me that the provided refrigerator would be adequate. Most of my food spoiled since the fridge ran extremely warm regardless of what setting it was on. I will say that the staff was very kind, and I was able many times to get free ice from the lounge bar to put into a cooler to help refrigerate some of my food, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is not near to the center or sights but it was extremely close to my office. Breakfast was also very good.

Small rooms, overheated and the only solution provided by reception is : open the window! Receptionists very cold and unhelpful, you seem to bother them when you ask them questions + gave wrong information regarding hotel restaurant opening times. Food at diner was not good (overcooked pastas) and waiters not very pleasant. Breakfast buffet though was really good and with plenty of options.
