Although the location was central we found that the air conditioning failed to keep up with Hungary's summer. The room got really toasty during the day. I was surprised to find that coffee or tea wasn't complimentary, which was disappointing.

I know that the ambient temperature has been very hight, but I was disappointed that the whole hotel seemed to be at 24 or so degrees. Clearly the air con needs attention. It was set on 19 in our room. I expect the room didn’t get below around 23.

the location is great, small clean room. But - the air condition didn't work well on the hottest week of August, our room wasn't cleaned until we asked for it, and when we asked for something, like soap or towels, we were told to come to reception and take it.

The room was not very clean. There was dust and dirt in some areas, the walls were dirty, and the window was broken and didn’t close properly, so it got cold at night. The breakfast was good.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed for my needs. The only thing from stopping a 10 out of 10 is nowhere to buy water, maybe a bending machine would be good. Also, and this is very petty, I like berries with my porridge! Would be lovely to have a bowl at breakfast, the ones that are defrosted are my favourites! All the staff were helpful and polite and if I come back to Pest, this is where I will stay. Thank you for a great time in this wonderful city.

Great location in city center close to all essentials. Solid breakfast. However the room and cafeteria especially were kind of dusty and needed to be cleaned more!! No room slippers or complimentary bottled water (yes, i know the tap water is "drinkable") but i don't think these small extras are too much to ask for the price they charge. Rooms are a bit small so if you have two big luggage open they won't fit comfortably. Also the basic rooms are definitely NOT soundproof. But there is a nice, firm bed and good room layout. Would I recommend it? No.

A hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were quite tasty as well. On top of that, the location is excellent close to the metro and bus stops, yet tucked away enough that you don’t hear all the noise from the street. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Location was really good. The service was well below average, all the receptionist were inexperienced and not good at communication. We were misled about the aircon multiple times and then there was admiration they didn’t know as it wasn’t their job. Apparently house keeping checked but the aircon would not get down to temperature because it was universally set. This is unusual and not ideal in the summer months. It was a really uncomfortable sleep. As an Accor member I was also disappointed, and felt a bit like a bother when I had questions. Beds were ok, pillows terrible. Very basic interior and services included.
