As always with IBIS found the hotel to be clean and well equipped at a reasonable price. Staff greeted us with a smile and were helpful if needed. It is located right next to Kavin Ter metro station so makes travel easy to any locations in Budapest. Highly recommended this hotel due to its location. Even though it is close to the busy Kelvin Ter noise is at a minimum as it is located in a pedestrian street just off Kavin Ter.

I stayed in the hotel for one night on my way back home. It's a great location with some good restaurants and bars close by. You also have some interesting sights close by like the Museum of Fine Arts and the Great Markethall. The bus to the airport is just around the corner, and the get around the city you have the metro and somw trams a stone-throw away.

I always rebook this hotel during my yearly stays in Budapest and also recommend it to my relatives and friends for its location, and value for price. My only complaint this time (BTW it never happened in the previous times) that the room cleaning service was very late (around 1PM) even though I left my room daily before 9AM and placed a PLEASE DO MY ROOM sign on the door. Given the very hot days in Budapest this year, it was surprised to find my room at 12:30 noon still not done and unable to lay down and rest after a long morning of wandering in the city sightseeing.

Nice and friendly staff, comfortable room (I could have a kettle, a mini fridge would have been perfection), the air conditioning was working, I had a quiet room as requested, good location, good choice at breakfast. I'll come back. For work, I moved then to a 4* hotel and I wasn't as comfortable and well received
