Heating my room was not working and I had to ask twice the hotel stuff to give me another room; they gave me another room, still no heating. only the third time I got a heated room. The hotel stuff interpreted this is that it is my fault and unjustified complains (18C). As well, the (some)lighting did not work. All of this happened 1:300 AM.

The hotel is very central, just two minutes from the metro station or the bus to the airport. The rooms are big, with Chromecast on the TVs, and the service is good. The breakfast is also good, although it is international, I would prefer more local products.
